Carlos was right on time. Overall excellent service.
Today, while enjoying the astounding 3" of rain overnite, the Moongate meter reader came to the door to let us know we had a bad leak on our side of the meter. I called several plumbers as this was bad (the reader was ready to shut our water off). Maddox was able to get us a spot for tomorrow, and then called back…
Jesus C. is a very courteous and professional service technician. He put a lot of work in what we hoped would be a minor issue but it soon became clear that it wouldn’t be that simple. He arranged to have a 2-man crew come out on Monday to further address the issue. I have used Maddox’s service before and have…
Poor service.Plumber had zero experience made the problem bigger.Management has no customer service.I was charged $300.00 for a $13.00 dollar part.
Maddox plumbers were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had our water back on day one. They explained step by step what they were doing never leaving us in the dark through the repair process. We plan on using them for all of our plumbing needs.

The service was very good but way too pricey! I'm also upset that the bill I received in the mail today showed I was Past Due - how could I be past due on the day I received the bill?
James was excellent! Extremely thorough with great attention to detail, and clear pride in his work! Would recommend 10 times out of 10!

Had a serious block sewage. Joe came out within an hour and half. Trouble shot the problem, got his tools and repaired it in about 2 hours. Reasonable price for the prompt same day service. Highly recommend!
Other than having to wait several days for the actual service to take place, I was really pleased with all the guys, their professionalism and knowledge of what needed to get done. They were diligent and thorough with the work.
Great job! The plumber was efficient and double checked his work. No more leaks!
J.D. fixed my leak, Hooray! He did more than that without trying - he was personable and friendly. We talked while he worked and I was very comfortable having him in my house. He explained what he did in terms I understood and could repeat to my son. This is a valuable asset.
Lee Montoya came and assessed our leak. He fixed it quickly, he was one of the best plumbers we have ever had the pleasure to have work on our house. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional. Thanks Maddox and Lee!
