Once again I used Maddox Plumbing. It was easy to schedule, set up the time I wanted, showed up and took care of my leaky toilet. Quick, fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend them again.

Our plumber guy I think his name is Carlos was just wonderful 😊
They showed up early every day and not only fixed what it was that was called about but came back to check on it! Excellent job and service
I got a toilet repair done from here a couple of years ago. The plumber was unresponsive, and unfriendly, we had just moved in and there wasn't any furniture. This place used to be a rental unit and has seen wear and tear, we've been slowly fixing it up. The charge was 150.00 and that was it. Well I called them…
My shower was acting up and they got me scheduled last minute. Carlos was the technician who helped me and he was INCREDIBLE. He went above and beyond to help me out and really went the distance. Definitely will be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future!
Professional, efficient
Prompt. Appropriate. Effective.
Excellent service by talented, professional people. J D is the best; we feel like he is family since he has worked in our home so much this past year.

Carlos did a professional job on the repairs to my bathtub drain. In the future, I’m sure I will be seeking assistance of Maddox.
I always use Maddox for my plumbing needs. They’re fast, friendly, and reliable. Very reasonably priced. All of the employees are fantastic to work with as well. They have fixed both of my toilets, washing machine drain, and even the main line to the house. 10/10 service.
JD Professional. Knowledge to repair promptly. Killed all the bugs in water heater causing occasional blackish water. Also informed me that water heater is 1998 model, probably nearing its lifetime. No sign of aging now though (corrosion, leaks).
James is very professional and polite. Good job.
One of our toilets was leaking somewhere, and we needed a gas shutoff valve installed on a gas line. Once again, it was Maddox to the rescue. Carlos is a kind and gentle soul and immediately found that our toilet tank had a crack. He went back to the office, found a compatible replacement, and made the repair. He…
He was well dressed, was nice to deal with, got right to work and as far as I know fixed the problem.
We had a great experience with Maddox Plumbing! They responded promptly and kept us advised by text of when the service person would arrive. James, the plumber, was really excellent: knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. We really appreciated his work.
Competent, friendly, fast, fair. Easily my first call for the next issue.
Maddox Plumbing scheduled me for the very next day in order to accommodate us for Christmas. They were most courteous and professional, and I plan on using them from here on out. They are A # one.
I have found Maddox Plumbing to be both reliable and dependable. No more sitting around wondering when or if they will show up, much less call, which has been my usual annoying experience, plus Maddox gives you an actual time, not a 2 or even 4 hour window! Demetrios arrived on time and repaired 2 toilets in my…

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and kept me up-to-date on parts order and service times. They got the parts when they told me they'd get them. The plumber arrived when they said he'd arrive. Very nice and did a great job.
As usual, service and outcome were great.
Carlos is an exceptional worker. He arrived on time, he was kind, courteous and professional. He knows his skill well as he's been doing it for many years. Thank you. I will ask for him in future work.
