I started using Magic Plumbing in October of 2025. Luckily for me Evan Burt has been there for me whenever I've needed him. You can trust Evan to do quality work and feel confident your not being taken advantage of which is hard to find these days. He has even answered his phone after 9pm when I've had a concern or…
Update: I called Magic again when I received a city notice of a water leak. I called after hours and was able to get an appointment for first thing the next morning. David came and quickly identified the leak and took care of the problem for me. I could not have asked for a nicer guy or a better service. My shower…
“I scheduled a water leak inspection for this afternoon. The technician arrived late but performed a thorough inspection, then called me with his findings, since I wasn’t at the property. He explained the issue mostly using technical jargon rather than plain language, which made it hard to fully understand the…
These are the best plumbers I've ever used and I've been in Austin 50 years! I had a complicated leak and they were there the next morning, worked throughout the very hot day and came back the next morning to finish and explain everything they did. They were prompt, great with communication and did a quality job. I…
Magic Plumbing is highly recommended - they came to my rescue by locating a mystery leak and repairing it. I am extremely grateful that your company was referred to me. I was losing so much water without any visible indications of leak location, very stressful to not be able to solve a problem like this. David S.…
David S. Has been amazing to work with! Over the past few weeks, we’ve had a number of water leaks and a bad pipe clog and he was able to come out quickly each time and efficiently narrow down & solve for the issues. Kept us well informed and explained the processes and causes. Would definitely recommend Magic!

10/10 would recommend Magic Mechanical for any of your homes needs. We had an issue that made us think there was a possible leak in the home. They sent somebody out quickly and he was able to confirm there were no leaks. The technician was super friendly and highly knowledgeable. If we have any issues in the future we know just who to call!
We had a great experience with Magic Plumbing ATX. Very collaborative towards fixing our issue in a timely manner, Jonathan, the owner, was always on top of everything to make sure the job was done on time. Fred, Levi and the rest of the crew were very professional, hard working and great to work with. Highly recommended!
