Alberto saved the day & was a TOTAL delight to have in my home.
We had a GIANT and unpleasant overflow into our laundry room on a Sunday and Magic Plumbing came to the rescue. We were genuinely surprised that we could get someone to come on a Sunday. They fixed the problem quickly and for what we thought was a very reasonable fee. I would call them without hesitation if we have…
We had a great experience with Magic Plumbing! Cody came to our rescue and he was so helpful, professional, and kind! We will definitely use Magic Plumbing again and request Cody. Highly recommend this business!
Complete professional; service better than promised; prompt and thorough
Cody was great. Prompt, tidy, and super thorough. Definitely will call again.
Excellent service from the Edgar the technician! He figured out the problem quickly and brought the right tools , along with his knowledge, and solved the problem . I would highly recommend Magic plumbing for any plumbing services ! Great value and professional workmanship ! Thanks
The Tech was amazing, calm, collected, and good at his job, explained everything clearly and did what he said he would. Would work with him again and again. He was very positive and took his time to get things right. The price of things is a lot but that seems true with the world we live in.
Marco showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, informed me of my options, cleared the drain and sewer lateral. I asked to make sure that the clean-out plugs had been put back in place. He said yes, but when I checked later, there were two clean-outs that were still open. so can't say five stars.
An outdoor drain was clogged, and a pool of water was forming after heavy rainstorms. Two other drains on up on an upper terrace were connected to this drain. Corey came and checked out all the drains, unclogged the lower one and made sure that all were working properly and were clear. He was efficient, competent,…
Magic has been my go-to for over 10 years. This time, our four-unit building had a sewer line back-up into the garage. Raw sewage bubbling up pooling... I called Magic and Alberto was on site in under an hour. He worked quickly and carefully and helped us diagnose the likely cause of the backup. Great work.…
Anthony Jackson has great customer service skills. Even though the job cost me a bundle, his good natured attitude softened the sticker shock
I was able to have a technician come within an hour of my call. He was very helpful.
The experience would have been better if there was less of a mess in the aftermath. A bucket to catch the dirty water and or some plastic sheeting to help with the dirty water splatter would have gone a long way to a better experience. Lots of stuff got wet and dirty. I'm still cleaning up stuff as I come across…
I called for a plumbing service, I got the response in less than an hour.
Magic Plumbing had one of their guys out to handle my (minor crisis) the same afternoon. He was super pleasant and competent, and went to some trouble trying to reduce the complexity of my pipe situation. I was left in a much better situation than he found me, hooray.
Marco and Lucky did an excellent job of clearing our sink drains and main drain. They were fast, knowledgeable and personable. They explained the situation and the procedures. Marco provided quick estimates future options. Their work was appreciated! My only criticism is that the appointment time changed a couple of…
Chris L came out to clean out the drain in my garage and did a great job!
Our plumber, Jose Nolasco, was very prompt for our appointments. He understood our plumbing issue and quickly set up a plan to resolve the problem. Very friendly and knowledgable service! We were very happy with the overall experience.
The team does great work! Efficient and trustworthy.
I've used them consistently for all my plumbing needs. When I make the call they are sure to send specific people out to meet my needs and they've always offered the right solution to the problem. I called late in the afternoon, came the next day and even earlier than promised. Quick Efficient Parts needed on truck…
Chris showed up on time and did an excellent job for me. He was very professional and responded to all my questions about the work he was doing. Very easy to communicate with.
Professional, knowledgeable and solved the issue.
Courteous and clean technician
We have used Magic for decades to see to all the plumbing needs of our 120-year-old Edwardian building.. The plumbers all know what they are doing, and Ryan is no exception. Good work; very professional. They are expensive, but reliable.
Job well done.Dependable

Had some annoying blockages in the bathroom sink and shower drain. Chris did a great job fixing the situation!
Got the job done as promised. Good explanation of work.
Remove and replace a traditional tank water heater with a tankless water heater. Tough crawl space to work in made removal difficult. The estimate was for two men two days and it was a full day job and Marcos and his assistant did not stop until it was finished. Marco did an excellent job, very hard worker and very…
Dino was fantastic! He's a total expert and fixed our bathtub drain so that it's working better than it ever has. I totally recommend Dino and Magic Plumbing to everyone!
Miquel was very knowledgeable and his coworker made quick work of the job
The entire experience was excellent. The scheduling folks were responsive and very minimal wait time. Chris arrived early and was very professional. He was organized and paid attention to keeping the work area clean and neat. Once the drain was cleared he tested it extensively. Highly recommend Chris.
Chris was very professional, punctual and communicated with appropriate detail the technical aspects of the job. I am very happy with the result, however, I must say the price of $370 for cleaning a bath tub drain is simply too expensive considering that it was (as expected) done within 30 min.
Adam Goldman & assistant Robert were great: they came within an hour of the call, and within 2 hours they'd bought the supplies and finished the work. Several of my fellow homeowners in the building have also used Magic Plumbing (Yay Alberto!) and they're all happy with the work. At some point we'll upgrade & we'll be calling them.
Pipe replacement I have used this company several times for our property in san Francisco. I have been very happy with there work and there excellent customer service

I can't thank enough for Chris L. for his excellent job and be professional. You're life saver 🤙
Clogged main line. Gurgling sounds in pipes.
Chris was fantastic!!! Dispatch returned my call instantly after inquiring about availability and had an appointment scheduled and Chris, our very helpful and knowledgeable repairman, to our place within 30 minutes to fix a leak under our sink. Very fast service, Chris was able to instantly diagnose the problem,…
They came out when they said they would and they had a tracker on the van to let me know where they were. My service tech was fast and courteous. He worked in the rain and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I have found my favorite plumber!!! Definitely a must use.
Marcos was courteous, professional, and quick in diagnosing and fixing the issue with our slow draining kitchen plumbing.
Technician Ryan knew what he was doing. All fixed great.
Magic was there within a few hours to fix my drain. Alberto was fast and lovely.
Plumber was on time and explained everything. He made sure all was working before he left.
Responsive and clearly explained repair.
He persisted at the very difficult job and didn’t stop until it was done. Thank you very much.
I am a repeat customer. I aleays use Magic Plumbing , because they are on-time, efficient, and do excellent work. Adam is technically knowledgeable and provides clear information to resolve the problem.
Ryan was prompt and extremely professional. He understood that I was trying to get to a family member in the hospital and did everything he could to unclog the sink. The price was reasonable especially for same day service and I would enthusiastically recommend them again.
Chris was very efficient in getting the job done and thorough.
I wish all contractors worked this way. It was easy to book, showed up on time and on the same day, super friendly and knew what he was doing. Quickly fixed the problem. Completely painless experience! I only wish they did more than just plumbing and heating!
The service was timely and professional. The situation was assessed and dealt with.
I called Monday morning after more rain when I found that the French drain by our basement side door was backed up and water was seeking into our basement. They efficiently scheduled an appointment, came and cleared it up that afternoon!
Our realtor referred us to Magic Plumbing and we couldn’t be more grateful! Ryan was thorough, thoughtful, and professional. He helped us understand our home’s layout and explained the issues as he encountered them. 5/5 definitely recommend!!

Professional, Quick, responsive and kept me in the loop, all on a Saturday night :-) Appreciate it.
We had several plumbing projects, including two toilet repairs and a clogged laundry room drain, Chris Leiva was on time, professional and efficient! Chris was here early this year to help with a kitchen drain issue that was equally successful. He’s now our go to plumbing expert! Thank you Magic Plumbing! Many thanks, Joe & Scot
Alberto was a very polite, very helpful and very knowledgeable plumber. He diagnosed the location of our clog, thoroughly cleaned the pipes, in part using an electric snake. He was very careful about cleanliness and wore a mask and booties. The entire operation took about 60 min. He also sent us an estimate for…
Courteous and very professional.
This is the third plumbing job I’ve had Magic plumbing out to work on and as before their plumbers are knowledgable, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. They are the only ones I call. Chris was fantastic, discussed the project with me at the start, kept me updated through the work, and walked me though the…
When we had a clog in our laundry drain, Adam came promptly and was able to quickly snake it out. He also noted that we were missing a vent and provided an estimate to install one. The cost for snaking seemed high relative to the amount of labor performed, but he offered a small discount because the clog cleared…
Very impressed with the company and their staff Responsive and professional. Dino did a great job clearing my slow drain and the office staff were great in scheduling too. Would definitely use them again.
Great communication; great service. Miguel Moran and his partner were on time, quick and competent.
I got a messy sewage drain drama solved on the same day! Hooray! Miguel Moran and his colleague Victor explained things clearly and were very cheerful and articulate! I'll call again the next problem I have!
Quick response, fast and friendly service, Miguel and company were excellent
very knowledgeable, but a bit pricey. Hope to do more business with them in the future. Very knowledgeable. And very kind.
Great service -- friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. They did an assessment of all my plumbing and identified areas that could become issues when/if I put the house on the market. Invaluable to have that info in advance.
Chris was in time , courteous and meticulous !! Got the job done ! Thank you
Easy to schedule, great communication and efficient service. Miguel and his team were great. Would definitely recommend magic plumbing!
Jay and his apprentice were very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate for a furnace replacement and to get rid of the asbestos we had. I accepted and was scheduled for next day service which I appreciated very much since it is cold this week. I expect they will be just as professional and serviceable…
Marcos was very Professional & handled the task! Giving him 5 stars
Wonderful experience! Great team. Highly recommend!
As responsive as possible to an urgent (not emergency) need. Management keeps you updated on response time.
Miguel was professional and did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend this place. Better than Mr.Rooter.
The work was really good. I have mixed feelings about the prices. When I called for the last service when the tech arrived he quoted me the price and it was higher than the previous service calls so it was okay prices change. He could not complete the job on the first visit so scheduled for different equipment to…
I called Magic Plumbing for an emergency service as the main line in our garage was flooding. They were super quick, polite, and cleaned up the floor area where the flood was! I will definitely call them again for future plumbing services.
He fixed the clogged drain.
Jose put in a huge day and covered a lot of ground and came up with solutions to snarly problems. We request Jose when we have work to be done because we trust him and know he will deliver.
Jose Showed up on time, very polite and professional. I showed him the situation and he got right to it. I knew this was not going to be an easy job, but Jose worked extremely hard for about 4 hours straight. Cleaned up the entire area after he was finished. Bravo!
I called and got same-day service for a clog in the sewer line. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was professional and the scheduler kept me up to speed with availability. Adam and crew were great. Took the time to listen and understand. Good experience overall.
Jay was very professional with the installation of a new heater. Very helpful and very easy to talk to. He also called in his team to help with an unexpected exterior drain backup at the same time. -Cheeers, Paul
Dino was excellent and went above and beyond to solve our issue First rate service and a pleasant person to deal with.
Exceptional service. Best and honest plumber I ever had. Jum Sunar stayed until everything was cleared and cleaned. Thank you !
We had five star service. Called after weeks of trying to solve a plugged drain by ourselves, within a few hours they had resolved.
As always, Magic Plumbing came through for me. From my call to them to completion everyone was helpful and friendly. They kept me informed via text as to their ETA. Jose Nolasco was efficient, courteous and completed his work and cleaned the area when done. I have given my neighbors this company to use over the…
Plumbing issues are painfully stressful- especially blocked drains. Miguel took very good care, and resolved the issue very thoroughly. Pricy.....but worth it I suppose.
Very nice and professional throughout. Got an appointment the very next day (might have been same do you but I called late mid-afternoon). This is very important because these days, it’s difficult to get someone to come out. Lots of communication prior to arrival. Once here, very professional and patient. Explained…
Always super responsive and reasonable!
Can you please explain to me why I must sign three times???
Fantastic experience; Jose and Magic Plumbing made the process easy (well, for me, at least) and painless!
The drain in our garage was flooding each time we flushed the toilet or ran water in the sink. Jose came and saved the day in less than 20 minutes. I was impressed how knowledgeable he was about the cause and solution for the clog. Fantastic job! Thank you sir!
Oliver was timely and very professional. He used a hydrojet to clear my drain. Hydrojetting a drain is expensive, but Magic Plumbing had the best prices I could find. I'm very pleased with the service.
I always call Magic Plumbing first! These guys are prompt, professional and get the job done!!
Dino did great work on a tough job in an old building. Very knowledgeable and professional. Hope to see him on Wednesday for Part II.
Jose was excellent. Very professional and went above and beyond what he was supposed to do
had a clogged rain and they were prompt and fixed the issue quickly!
Great and quick service. Very knowledgeable and showed up early too! I wasnt thinking it would cost $720 to unclog a drain but it did work!
Jose was on time, very professional and did a great job of explaining the source of the issue and then solving the problem. He did so efficiently. He cleaned up after his work, an example of attention to customer service that is not typical.
Oliver went out of his way to clear a very difficult clog in our old pipes. We appreciated how determined and proactive he was.
Magic Plumbing was very committed to understanding the underlying plumbing issue and proposing the potential fixes. They came out right away, spent extra time reviewing everything, and fairly quoted the work. Highly recommend.
On time , pleasant and efficient !
Very responsive. Was able to come out that same day, even though it was after hours. So reasonable!! Made sure everything was working correctly. Went above and beyond even checking the vacant unit next door and finding and fixing the drainage problem there. Friendly. Quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
Pretty simple repair. Nice people. It took a while to get a call from the dispatcher to confirm a time (a few hours), but it was fine. The plumber, Adam, was very nice, knowledgeable, and respectful.
Joey arrived on time, did an excellent job unclogging my drain and helping to identify problem with my Washing Machine. He was very Professional & Pleasant to interact with. I have used Magic Plumbing for the 5 years and their services have always been Top notch.

This is the second time we have worked with Alberto. He is very thorough, knowledge and professional. We highly recommend his services.
Awesome response and service. I had my drains back up into the bottom light wells. Magic responded within the hour, sending a message ahead of time with their Covid steps and guidelines, a photo of the techniician, and e live map of his location. Dino was friendly and professional, taking care of our problem quickly.
Our lateral line was clogged with “flushable” wipes (turns out NO wipes are flushable, except toilet paper, which completely disintegrates in water). As a result, we had a sewage backup into “the lowest point above the blockage,” which for us, was the downstairs bathroom, adjacent to our nice wood floors, just off…
Miguel Moran is amazing! Super knowledgeable and just a genuine person.
Alberto did an excellent job! On time, complete, very helpful and professional. Great job from start to finish. Thanks!
Several years ago we needed to replace our sink disposal. Magic was quick to respond, pleasant to work with. When I had a new problem today, I called in and while I was talking, the person on the line used my phone number to call up incredible detail about the earlier job. I had the same result today: the call was…
Friendly and professional. Would work with Alberto again.
Excellent work. Professional and thorough at every step!
Pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.
Great same-day service, very friendly and professional.
Great experience with Magic Plumbing. Work quoted, site visited, and job completed within 24 hours. I recommend their services.
During a recent rain, we noticed one of our house gutters was not draining and the gutter was full of water stretching the entire length of our house. As luck (or Magic) would have it, a Magic Plumbing truck was parked in front of our house. Joey (now my favorite plumber) had just finished working at a neighbor's…
Adam, as usual, is a great plumber!
Alberto is great and quick at the service. Although it is pretty pricey to me, I told him that. He gave us a senior discount at the end but it’s still considered a bit expensive to me.
I love this service. Truly professional and nice folks that simply get s#*t done and quick. Call them and even if it's not an immediate need they are there on task quickly. They assess the problems and know the situation instantly. Jose is amazing
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Communicated throughout the process, provided tracking of arrival, employed COVID-19 safety protocols, professional & courteous on-site service . Used them before and will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend.
Another great job by Magic Plumbing. Response time is excellent
I had a superb experience with Miguel today! I called and within a few hours he was here and had repaired a longstanding problem with a clogged drain. Between today's experience and others I've had with Magic Plumbing in the past, I can't recommend them highly enough.
Unclogged outside roof drain that was clogged with tar and pebbles and causing raining inside. Fixed easily and rapidly, thanks.

Great service!! Miguel of Magic Plumbing is knowledgeable, respectful and kind. He came on an emergency basis on a Saturday evening. He fixed a badly clogged kitchen drain quickly. He explained things well and was clear on the cost. I would not hesitate to have Miguel fix any plumbing need that might arise in the…

We have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Magic Plumbing. We've worked closely with Pablo on generating the best possible pricing for our repairs/replacements, and the technicians that come and evaluate and do the work have been incredible. Both Paul and Alberto have come to our home and performed…
Rapid response and easy to schedule. Appreciated the discount coupon they honored from their web site. Miguel was quite friendly and professional.
Dino was as good as it gets. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Miguel was my plumber and he was able to make it out to my home within less than a couple of hours, same day service! He arrived with new gloves and facemask, and was very polite and efficient. Dino was our service tech and he did amazing work. We had a very challenging plumbing situation that he was able to diagnose quickly.
