The entire experience was excellent. The scheduling folks were responsive and very minimal wait time. Chris arrived early and was very professional. Chris was very professional, punctual and communicated with appropriate detail the technical aspects of the job. I am very happy with the result, however, I must say the price of $370 for cleaning a bath tub drain is simply too expensive considering that it was (as expected) done within 30 min.
Adam Goldman & assistant Robert were great: they came within an hour of the call, and within 2 hours they'd bought the supplies and finished the work. Several of my fellow homeowners in the building have also used Magic Plumbing (Yay Alberto!) and they're all happy with the work. At some point we'll upgrade & we'll be calling them.
