Chris was very professional, punctual and communicated with appropriate detail the technical aspects of the job. I am very happy with the result, however, I must say the price of $370 for cleaning a bath tub drain is simply too expensive considering that it was (as expected) done within 30 min.
Adam Goldman & assistant Robert were great: they came within an hour of the call, and within 2 hours they'd bought the supplies and finished the work.
