Great experience with Adam of Magic Plumbing. Came out to replace some very old non-functional shut off valves at our sink faucets. Friendly, respectful, and efficient. Understand why our HOA president goes back to these folks again and again for all of the work at our complex. Highly recommended.
Anthony at Magic saved us on a Sunday when we found a leak in our bathroom. He was thorough and resolved the problem quickly.
We have used Magic in the past and Chris is our technician. The staff kept us informed about his arrival. Chris let us know what had to be done, why, and gave an estimate. He did the work quickly, cleanly and efficiently.
We first used Magic Plumbing for HOA projects in our 12 unit condominium building, and my wife and I have personally used them for several projects in our individual unit. Their response time is amazing, they do quality work, and they stand behind their work.
Alberto was professional. He explained what he was doing and made sure I agreed. He was efficient and friendly. He is always welcome in my home.

We had a great experience with Magic Plumbing. Speedy arrival (within a few hours of our call) and speedy fix to our dripping kitchen sink faucet problem. Alberto was friendly, efficient and actually had the parts we needed on hand to expertly repair a 30 year old faucet. Hooray! Thank you Alberto & Magic Plumbing!

I highly recommend Dino; he has a wonderful ability to solve all plumbing issues! Thank you! I have had amazing customer service with Magic Plumbing and am grateful for their work in our home.
Everything about the service was pleasant. Initial contact. Scheduling, and especially Dino who is a delightful man and very good at his craft.
Bernardino has been especially helpful!
Marcos Merino is a true plumbing professional for over 10 years, very knowledgeable and courteous and efficient. Highly recommended. Will definitely ask for him next time we call Magic Plumbing.
Adam took care of the problem quickly and was pleasant and courteous. My only issue is that it was very expensive $400 for about a half an hours worth of work. Not his issue, but not sure I would call MP again.
Excellent service!!! Very responsive and professional. Alberto did a very fast and excellent job.
Ryan is a very good guy, knows his stuff!
From beginning to end, Magic plumbing lived up to its name! The initial office telephone inquiry was handled with respect, understanding of the problem(s), and very prompt appt set-up for an assessment of the problems & a (very fair) estimate. Miguel and Pablo went out of their way to obtain the correct parts needed…
Professional and efficient, especially when working within an old San francisco home with old San francisco plumbing.
David was here before he said he would be..He is a nice young man and has a good attitude about the work.He was honest with his evaluation of our heating problem and after examining the situation explained he would be unable to complete the work. He also said I should get ahold of Pablo at Magic Plumbing to discuss…

Inspected valves and hoses for toilets, sinks, washing machine.Replaced old hoses with flexible metal hoses. Professional and friendly service.
Removed 2 old faucets & installed 2 new ones. Came on time. Nice clean job. Good work.
The work was really good. I have mixed feelings about the prices. When I called for the last service when the tech arrived he quoted me the price and it was higher than the previous service calls so it was okay prices change. He could not complete the job on the first visit so scheduled for different equipment to…

I am the property manager for a building in San Francisco. The plumber was amazing with the work and the owner of the unit said that the plumber was very kind. The plumber was very efficient and knowledgeable. I love Magic Plumbing! They are really the best!
Highly recommend!
Again, after installing a kitchen faucet on a previous job, Adam Goldman did an excellent job at replacing rusty parts (including galvanized nipple, ptrap) under my sink which were very problematic to remove due to their degree of rustiness. One really can tell that he is an extremely competent plumber with much…

Excellent prompt, professional service. Totally recommend them.
Adam came to a multi unit building in San Francisco to address a few plumbing issues. I received estimates promptly. He did work on one unit and was very professional in explaining the problems with the other unit as I was unsure if I wanted to do the work. I would recommend Adam highly.
I have used Magic Plumbing services several times and have been pleased with both office managers and plumbing professionals.
