Marcos was our technician and he was excellent. We had several issues to deal with and when he didn't have the right equipment to solve the last issue he scheduled a return visit the next day. What a surprise when he showed up with two more technicians and between them they eventually solved a very difficult drain…
Marcos was very straightforward and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything to explain what was going on and what was required to fix the issue.
Good job
Alberto did a great job! He was very professional and worked diligently to switch out our garbage disposal in 30min. Thank you!
I can’t remember the details right now, but we have been pleased with their service a couple of times so far.
I had a good experience with Magic Plumbing, and will use them again. My technician, Marcos, was friendly, prompt and thorough, and kept me updated on the project as he went. The folks in the office were responsive and communicative. All in all a very professional group!
Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and provided helpful suggestions. We will use Magic Plumbing next time we need help.
Ryan and his associate were super helpful, professional, and efficient in replacing a kitchen garbage disposal. Will definitely call again if we have future plumbing issues.
Highly recommend. Miguel is great. Friendly and professional. He’s serviced my place more than once. A+
I highly recommend Magic Plumbing. We have used them in the past. This time they replaced our water heater. They stand by their work; offer competitive pricing and always go out of their way to accommodate the customer!
Alberto Alegria did very professional and courteous work on replacing multiple devices, including new water heater and new furnace in my SF house. He was very creative in replacing a door knob that prevented closet door closing. He stayed with the project until all issues were resolved. Thx Magic and Alberto, Bill Maxey
Absolutely wonderful service - could not recommend highly enough! Marcos was the epitome of professionalism and kindness
Bernardino Merino was great! He installed the garbage disposal professionally and efficiently. Magic Plumbing is lucky to have him on their staff. I know he does not set the prices but the only negative feedback was that the install was $294 for about a hour's worth of work. This felt a bit steep to me. He gave…
Chris did a fantastic job, I'd definitely hire him again!
The plumber assigned to me was great. The cost isn't competitive in my opinion although it must be due to cost of running a business in San Francisco. Possible improvement is if Magic Plumbing can supply their plumbers with garbage bags to handle refuse better as part of the job and if it can be clarified on…
I wholeheartedly commend Jose for his work and attitude. Very efficient, professional, courteous. In my view he is a real asset of your company. I wish him good health and energy to perform his craft and make many customers happy as he made me. Thankfully yours.
Alberto was very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.
Easy to schedule. Prompt arrival. Good diagnostic work. Fast service. Worked with Joey M. He’s awesome.
Update: Used Magic Plumbing & luckily got Joey again. He was even a little early this time. Came prepared with the parts that he anticipated he'd need to use, and was able to fix our toilet leak extremely quickly. He also made sure to do a bunch of tests to be sure that the fix was solid 👍 My go-to and I will…
Magic Plumbing is wonderful. Same day service - quote and repair, as they carry many parts. Amazing. I have loved working with Liz, Pablo and their knowledgeable technicians over the years. Always great service. Thank you Magic Plumbing!
Wonderful experience using Magic Plumbing services. Easy to make an appointment and my luck, they had openings to complete the job on the same day which I called. I have hired Magic multiple times and they consistently provide top quality service in San Francisco. Will use again!!!
