Alberto Alegria from Magic Plumbing just finished up some work here and he was great. On time, professional, answered all my questions, kept me informed on the work as he was doing it and showed me what was done when the fix was in place. Top notch start to finish. Highly recommend!
Magic Plumbing provided excellent service. Edgar, the technician that came out to assist was very nice and knowledgeable!
Hey Paul , I hope you’re enjoying your trip! Just wanted to let you know your company did a fantastic job taking care of our HOA issue, a leak inside the walls of one unit. Pablo was very responsive and got things going for us quickly. Here’s what the neighbor whose unit had the work done said about his interaction…
These guys are very responsive and give you a no-nonsense estimate before doing their work. They don't charge for the visit, just the parts and labor. They fixed my leaking toilet hose. I would call them again for plumbing issues. I left this review above 6 years ago and now I needed their help again. Still very…
We had a small amount of water leaking into our downstairs bedroom closet. The leak was coming from the wall. I called Magic Plumbing and they immediately sent out a technician within the hour. Alberto cut a hole into the wall, determined that the leak was from a crack in our kitchen drain pipe. He then repaired it…
Excellent service. Great diagnosis and repair by knowledgeable, friendly, competent people.
Alberto was professional. He explained what he was doing and made sure I agreed. He was efficient and friendly. He is always welcome in my home.
Courteous and clean technician
Excellent service. On time. Professional.
Quick, knowledgeable & professional
They replace a clogged, poorly installed old elbow joint and adjacent pipes. As expected , high quality work done quickly. Thanks again Adam!
the plumber who came out - -Marco I believe was excellent & professional & I have used Magic Plumbing before,' What came as a shock was a $405 charge for a half hour's work! Their rates prior to this had seemed MUCH lower. They did not tell me in advance that this service call would be so expensive. Had I known…
Jose was great-did an excellent job would definitely hire Magic Plumbing for these jobs
Magic Plumbing had great customer service. Chris , the tech/plumber was professional, on time and personable. He explained the problem to me and going forward other possible issues to be aware of. I will recommend their service and Chris also.
Frank Morris and Magic Plumbing crew are top of the line professionals. People like this make fewer mistakes and you get a higher quality resolution to the problem. Most plumbing is out-of-sight, so quality work really matters with plumbing.
Alberto did an fantastic job. So courteous and helpful and the work was done in less than a half hour. Thank you Alberto and Magic Plumbing.
Chris was fantastic!!! Dispatch returned my call instantly after inquiring about availability and had an appointment scheduled and Chris, our very helpful and knowledgeable repairman, to our place within 30 minutes to fix a leak under our sink. Very fast service, Chris was able to instantly diagnose the problem,…
Marcos Merino was such a great help during the plumbing inspection. He was very informative about everything he was checking, issues and repairs. He was very easy to work with and quickly gave me several estimates for my problems. We have worked with Magic Plumbing before and look forward to working with them for any future problems.
Christ was very knowledgeable of the problem
Our realtor referred us to Magic Plumbing and we couldn’t be more grateful! Ryan was thorough, thoughtful, and professional. He helped us understand our home’s layout and explained the issues as he encountered them. 5/5 definitely recommend!!
Alberto Alegria did very professional and courteous work on replacing multiple devices, including new water heater and new furnace in my SF house. He was very creative in replacing a door knob that prevented closet door closing. He stayed with the project until all issues were resolved. Thx Magic and Alberto, Bill Maxey
I have owned my place for 24 years and have depended on Magic Plumbing several times. They are friendly, efficient and always get the job done. I don't have other plumbers to compare their rates but I am always happy and satisfied with their performance and find their charges acceptable.
Technician was very professional, clean and very knowledgeable
On time and awesome!! Would definitely recommend 👍🏻
Ryan Clark did a fantastic job and explained everything in detail to my elderly folks prior to the job. He was respectful to the property and our tenants. His work is thorough, and complete. We are thankful for Ryan. Many thanks Ryan!!
Jeremy is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what he does - I could not have hoped for better service.
Alberto knows what he was doing and because we had the ceiling exposed for him, it was easy to see the leak and he was able to figure out the problem in 15 min. A leak is not just a leak. It can be very different in scope compared to other leaks. However the company has a fixed fee for leak detection for.$374! So…
Alberto came through with exceptional quality on all fronts. Not only was he an expert on technical skills but he displayed excellent professionalism and composure.
Just wanted to give Chris @ Magic Plumbing a full shout out for his professionalism and quickness with his response. Literally arrived at my door 20 minutes after the phone call to schedule an estimate, and the work was done the same day. I'm so pleased to have had this sticky situation with a leaky pipe resolved…

We have worked with Magic Plumbing for 5+ years across multiple properties in San Francisco. Our most recent experience has secured Magic Plumbing's spot as #1 plumbing vendor for us. We retained Jeremy Baldwin to fix a serious piping issue caused by faulty construction work performed by a contractor. Jeremy…
Wonderful experience! Great team. Highly recommend!
First, Monique in the scheduling department did an amazing job with keeping me updated on the status and availability of their plumbers on Monday and finally advised that no one would be available until the following day. Marcos showed up within the appointment window and got right to work. I appreciated that Marcos…
Jose put in a huge day and covered a lot of ground and came up with solutions to snarly problems. We request Jose when we have work to be done because we trust him and know he will deliver.

I wholeheartedly commend Jose for his work and attitude. Very efficient, professional, courteous. In my view he is a real asset of your company. I wish him good health and energy to perform his craft and make many customers happy as he made me. Thankfully yours.
Did a great job for me putting in a French drain and sump pumps. Very communicative during the whole process, cleaned up, and professional. Magic Plumbing has my highest recommendation.
Joey from Magic Plumbers was outstanding. He is friendly and immediately knew the problem coming into my home. On a holiday weekend, I had a leak from my home to the unit beneath me. I told Joey my problem and he is so smart. He was able to diagnose within 5 minutes. My trip lever drain in my bath tub was not…
Adam Goldman of Magic Plumbing was on time, efficient, professional. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with my 1950s era (“antique”) shower for a reasonable charge. The first plumber I called wasn’t available. The second plumber said it couldn’t be repaired and would have to be replaced for big $$. Thank you Adam and Magic Plumbing!
Dennis at Magic Plumbing is so awesome! On-time for our next day appointment (talk about fast!), to fix a gas water heater. Had most of the parts in his truck to fix the issue, and was able to provide an onsite quote that came in below other bids. Highly recommend these folks! You even get a tracking link to see…
Excellent and knowledgeable...remembers previous visits, local and professional.
Again, after installing a kitchen faucet on a previous job, Adam Goldman did an excellent job at replacing rusty parts (including galvanized nipple, ptrap) under my sink which were very problematic to remove due to their degree of rustiness. One really can tell that he is an extremely competent plumber with much…
Jeremy was professional and thorough.
Joey was very informative, punctual, and helpful. He got the job done quickly!!!
I've used Magic Plumbing multiple times - of course plumbing emergencies always happen on the weekend or when I have guests in town! They are always very professional and responsive. Recently we had an under-the-sink situation which Joey fixed quickly. He went above and beyond to leave the whole setup even better than he found it.
Had an issue with a leaky toilet. Magic Plumbing responded to our service call within an hour. They showed up masked up to our home. They reviewed the area, gave a reasonable estimate and a next day installation. We were quickly able to accept the estimate and set up a next day installation. True to their word, they…
Dennis was prompt and courteous. He understood our problem right away and gave us very helpful tips for avoiding these issues. Definitely my go to person and company from now on.
Very friendly and professional
Great same-day service, very friendly and professional.
Great experience with Magic Plumbing. Work quoted, site visited, and job completed within 24 hours. I recommend their services.
Jose is amazing! He took the time to explain what was happening with an ongoing issue with a shower, provided advice on steps going forward, and was very professional in general. My entire experience with Magic exceeded expectations. Every staff member helped turn a stressful situation into a positive experience.
They did a great job with the faucet repair, scheduling was problematic, but it is covid and the holidays.
Excellent service and great communication
Quickly removed and replaced broken pipe sections. Pleasant and knowledgeable repairman (Joey Mikkelson).
I have used Magic Plumbing services several times and have been pleased with both office managers and plumbing professionals. On this visit, Joey Mikkelsen was excellent in explaining the steps he was taking to locate, repair, and replace my kitchen faucet leak. Joey was careful and clean and was very personable.…

Miguel from Magic plumbing was knowledgeable, timely, and professional. I'll likely give Magic plumbing return business
Adam was really helpful with what turned out to be a triple repair. He and his assistant were masked, friendly and efficient. Also very pleasant to deal with. Adam and Lucky really know plumbing!
We have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Magic Plumbing. We've worked closely with Pablo on generating the best possible pricing for our repairs/replacements, and the technicians that come and evaluate and do the work have been incredible. Both Paul and Alberto have come to our home and performed…

Excellent, prompt service with Adam! We've always had good service with him at our house for various issues.
