We had a great experience with Magic Plumbing! Cody came to our rescue and he was so helpful, professional, and kind! We will definitely use Magic Plumbing again and request Cody. Highly recommend this business!
We have used Magic in the past and Chris is our technician. The staff kept us informed about his arrival. Chris let us know what had to be done, why, and gave an estimate. He did the work quickly, cleanly and efficiently.
Very personal guy and very efficient
The team at Magic Plumbing is superb! I've used them for a number of issues (sinks, showers and toilets) and have always had a wonderful experience - fast, friendly and knowledgable!
These guys are very responsive and give you a no-nonsense estimate before doing their work. They don't charge for the visit, just the parts and labor. They fixed my leaking toilet hose. I would call them again for plumbing issues. I left this review above 6 years ago and now I needed their help again. Still very…
We had a clogged bathroom toilet and were really stressed about it. Magic Plumbing came through for us. They were honest, clearly explained the situation, and worked with us on a reasonable budget, which we truly appreciated. They didn’t overcomplicate things or push unnecessary work — most importantly, they solved…
Anthony Jackson! arrived on time. He demonstrated efficiency, proactivity, and skill by arriving promptly, starting work immediately, and successfully fixing the blocked toilet all on his own. It is a great example of a professional handling a service call effectively.. He tightened few loose fixtures in the…
Excellent communication, workmanship. I would definitely use them again.
Excellent service. Great diagnosis and repair by knowledgeable, friendly, competent people.
Really easy experience. Our toilet wasn't flushing. It flushes now. The plumber noted that the base was wobbly as well and offered to address that at the same time and gave us a quote on the spot. We had him address it and now our toilet flushes, isn't wobbly and we have one less naggy thing to worry about…
Disasters always are worse when they involve a toilet. Ryan made our disaster disappear with compassion and kindness and great plumbing skills. Our gratitude goes deep for how well he treated us and our toilet.
[2023-02-03] Chris Leiva was excellent, professional, and helped fix the problem quickly [UPDATE - 2024-07-17] We ran into another issue, which was a part replacement for the stopper, which had worn away over time. Bernardo Merino was professional, explained the process clearly, and even did a couple preventative…
Robert Rodriguez was on time, professional, personable, and so fast! My leaky toilet was fixed within 20 minutes! Thank you again!
I've used them consistently for all my plumbing needs. When I make the call they are sure to send specific people out to meet my needs and they've always offered the right solution to the problem. I called late in the afternoon, came the next day and even earlier than promised. Quick Efficient Parts needed on truck…
Chris was thorough and tidy
Unfortunately a mixed experience for us calling Magic Plumbing to unblock a toilet: Positives: - Quick to speak with someone - Plumber arrived fairly quickly on a Sunday, within agreed time window, and we received regular text message updates - Did not charge (since wasn't able to unblock the toilet) Negatives: -…
Mr. Rodriguez arrived on time. He first accessed the job and then told me his plan of action. He completed the job efficiently. He then reviewed the completion of the job.
Fast and professional. Chris was great and solve my issue within the hour.

Jose was great-did an excellent job would definitely hire Magic Plumbing for these jobs
Magic Plumbing had great customer service. Chris , the tech/plumber was professional, on time and personable. He explained the problem to me and going forward other possible issues to be aware of. I will recommend their service and Chris also.
The technician did a very good job. He waited more than 30 minutes for my friend to come to open the door to my house to do the toilet repair. Much appreciated it. Thank you!
Showed up on time, friendly, got the job done quickly and efficiently
Super responsive and did a great job. Excellent service!!! Really good find. Thank you!
Ryan found a way to make it for emergency plumbing despise a street parade blocking access to my location. I appreciate the extra mile.
Toilet unblocked
Adam Goldman & assistant Robert were great: they came within an hour of the call, and within 2 hours they'd bought the supplies and finished the work. Several of my fellow homeowners in the building have also used Magic Plumbing (Yay Alberto!) and they're all happy with the work. At some point we'll upgrade & we'll be calling them.
Alberto Algeria was fast, experienced and polite. He came over on a Friday evening during a plumbing emergency, and brought only one tool but that is all he needed, unlike me. Please ask for him by name as he was a magician.
Miguel showed up in a professional manner and explained the waterheater problems. He was patient with me until I understood that I needed a waterheater replacement. I agreed and purchased a new unit. I really appreciate how he spoke with me.
They were prompt and professional and able to complete the installation on the same day as initial inspection. I would recommend them and Marcus in particular.
Great service as always🙂
Adam was professional! Loved the team and knowledge imparted. Learned a lot about maintaining the longevity of our new toilets. Install was a breeze. Definitely plan to use Magic again for any issues we have with plumbing.
Professional and efficient, especially when working within an old San francisco home with old San francisco plumbing.
The Plumber, Chris, diagnosed the problem with my Toilet in a timely fashion & rechecked his repair several times to ensure my Toilet was operational for my family's daily needs. The communication between the Main Office & Chris was superlative; which other companies should incorporate into their business. Poor…
Excellent service!
Technician Ryan knew what he was doing. All fixed great.
Miguel and Victor did a great job replacing 9 water valves in my home and installing a bidet, they were diligent in making sure that everything worked well when they left and they were transparent about issues I might have down the line. They were professional and friendly as well. Dealing with Magic plumbing was…
Great service. They arrived when scheduled and kept me up to date as the part I needed was not immediately available.
Great team to work with and great communitioncation!
David was here before he said he would be..He is a nice young man and has a good attitude about the work.He was honest with his evaluation of our heating problem and after examining the situation explained he would be unable to complete the work. He also said I should get ahold of Pablo at Magic Plumbing to discuss…
I'd had a different plumber come out weeks ago for the same issue, but it came up again. On a day with terrible weather when every plumber had completely full schedules, Magic Plumbing did all they could to get someone to me. The communication by the dispatcher was excellent and friendly to boot. Alberto, the…
Left the bathroom cleaner, then when he came in. Nice to be around.
Alberto Alegria did very professional and courteous work on replacing multiple devices, including new water heater and new furnace in my SF house. He was very creative in replacing a door knob that prevented closet door closing. He stayed with the project until all issues were resolved. Thx Magic and Alberto, Bill Maxey
Alberto was super helpful and very professional. He stayed late and made multiple trips through the city to make sure we had all the parts we needed to fix our toilet in an emergency.
Marcus was efficient, timely, and a dream to work with.Would call Magic anytime I needed plumbing repair. I have had only good experiences with Magic Plumbing. I'd like add to this review. I wrote the above after the first visit. Marcus was helpful and great, but after that first visit, things went down hill…
Very courteous and knowledgeable. He certainly is an experienced and skillful craftsman.
Chris did an excellent job!
Adam was great. Arrived in time, was transparent about our options and took care of the job quickly and efficiently.
Ryan Clark did a fantastic job and explained everything in detail to my elderly folks prior to the job. He was respectful to the property and our tenants. His work is thorough, and complete. We are thankful for Ryan. Many thanks Ryan!!
It was a quick and simple repair. Everything went smoothly! And they were very nice to work with as well!
We had several plumbing projects, including two toilet repairs and a clogged laundry room drain, Chris Leiva was on time, professional and efficient! Chris was here early this year to help with a kitchen drain issue that was equally successful. He’s now our go to plumbing expert! Thank you Magic Plumbing! Many thanks, Joe & Scot
Very friendly and quick fix.
Alberto selected a faucet that looked like the one we were replacing, chrome surface and all. And the new one has a sprayer function. I am pleased with Alberto's work and his professionalism.
Alberto came through with exceptional quality on all fronts. Not only was he an expert on technical skills but he displayed excellent professionalism and composure.
Good service but very, very expensive
Super nice crew, explained things carefully, arrived on time - thank you!
In wall toilet repair. Miguel and Victor took the extra time to contact Toto and get the specifics on the repair. Toilet now works and feels great. 100% satisfied with the job…. And I’m extremely picky.
Excellent
Great work by Miguel and crew.
