I had a leak from the p-trap in our bathroom that I was struggling to correct . I called Magic Plumbing and a technician was at my house in an hour and after 2o minutes of work the problem was solved. I have used Magic for sewer line replacement, hot water heater replacement and installing a sink and toilet in our…
Anthony did and has always done a 5 start job. It would have been 5 star rating if there hadn’t been a disconnect between the billing office and dispatch, technician, & customer.
Edgar was amazing! Knowledgeable, nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Magic Plumbing!
Thanks Alberto!
Cory replaced our water heater and he was super friendly and efficient! I'd happily work with him again.
Very professional and thouro
I had an urgent hot water heater replacement need. They were easy and fast to schedule. Chris was very knowledgeable, communicative, cooperative, and efficient in solving my problem. I’ve used Magic a few times and will continue to!
Our old water heater failed on Sunday morning. We had to turn off the water to the house to stop it from gushing water in our basement. Chris got here at about noon, worked until 5:30 removing the old water heater and installing the new one. He did a great job, was polite and efficient, and now we have a clean garage and hot water. Thanks Chris!
Edit - I called Magic about installing a new kitchen faucet; we also had a toilet that was leaking from the tank in to the bowl. I'd installed a rebuild kit, but that didn't help. I had also asked them to see if they could get an upstairs toilet to flush a bit more efficiently. They ended up sending TWO GUYS; it…
Our plumber, Jose Nolasco, was very prompt for our appointments. He understood our plumbing issue and quickly set up a plan to resolve the problem. Very friendly and knowledgable service! We were very happy with the overall experience.
Steve was pleasant and professional. He's great–friendly, professional, and explains things well.
Fast, easy, effective, nice technicians

I woke up to a busted water heater leaking water into my garage. Bernardino replaced the water heater within the same day. Really thankful I went with magic plumbing. Bernardino did an awesome job!
friendly, responsive and super professional.
I had a water heater replaced and Chris did an excellent job installing it. A few problems occurred, which he took care of right away. He took time explaining the safety features to me. He also checked to see if my pipes were leaking, due to a shower leak I had originally called about. He told me how to address…
Remove and replace a traditional tank water heater with a tankless water heater. Tough crawl space to work in made removal difficult. The estimate was for two men two days and it was a full day job and Marcos and his assistant did not stop until it was finished. Marco did an excellent job, very hard worker and very…
Everything about the service was pleasant. Initial contact. Scheduling, and especially Dino who is a delightful man and very good at his craft.
sewer was plugged. majic plumbing cleared it. ]

I highly recommend Magic Plumbing. We have used them in the past. This time they replaced our water heater. They stand by their work; offer competitive pricing and always go out of their way to accommodate the customer!
Miguel showed up in a professional manner and explained the waterheater problems. He was patient with me until I understood that I needed a waterheater replacement. I agreed and purchased a new unit. I really appreciate how he spoke with me.
I was an Atlas customer for many years until they reduced their service hours. Decided to give Magic Plumbing a shot since they are very near my address. Ryan came out and gave us a fair assessment. The priced quoted was the price paid. It was more expensive than I would have liked but he did a great job with the…
Same day hot water heater insulation when we needed it!
Not an easy installation by all means. Water heater was 5 feet high hidden behind a post that needed to be removal but Dino and Ryan did a fantastic job and kept smiling the entire time. Two more water heaters to be replaced in 3 years. You bet I will call Magic Plumbing again.
Rick and his partner were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very capable. The job was challenging in tight quarters. Highest recommendation!

Magic Plumbling was responsive as we urgently needed to repair our tankless water heater. Their staff are professional and helpful. The technician assigned to us provided quality work, was friendly, professional, clean, and completed the work within the estimated time frame.
Alberto Alegria did very professional and courteous work on replacing multiple devices, including new water heater and new furnace in my SF house. He was very creative in replacing a door knob that prevented closet door closing. He stayed with the project until all issues were resolved. Thx Magic and Alberto, Bill Maxey
Adam and team were very professional in the installation of our water heater.
The water heater was replaced within a few hours of discovering the problem and calling Magic Plumbing. Adam and Lucky did a great job of informing us about what was needed and getting the work done.
Quick response, on time service on the weekend, friendly professionals, and replaced our water heater very quickly when they came.

Chris and Patrick were awesome! Came before scheduled time and did a fantastic job in a very confined space. Explained the whole process, were pleasant and courteous and cleaned up afterwards too. I will definitely be calling on them for any future plumbing issue that arises. Thanks guys!!
This is the third plumbing job I’ve had Magic plumbing out to work on and as before their plumbers are knowledgable, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. They are the only ones I call. Chris was fantastic, discussed the project with me at the start, kept me updated through the work, and walked me though the…

Alberto professionally installed a new hot water heater at my residence. It was my first time using Magic Plumbing. I would use their services again in a heart beat. Great service provided by Alberto.
Magic Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend after our water heater broke down over the holidays. The entire process was very smooth from calling them to come and diagnose the problem to replacing the heater. Alberto was very professional and thorough. We went with Magic Plumbing buying and installing the new…
Magic Plumbing sent Miguel out for an EM water heater replacement. This was a replacement needed the day after Thanksgiving and they were the only plumber that could do the job same day. Really appreciate the speed and quality of their work.
On time... fast service. Got the water heater installed within a few hours.
Reliable, knowledgeable
Crushed it, totes recommends.
I was really impressed with Joey's knowledge and professionalism. I am a Real Estate Broker in the process of listing a house that previously had a water heater installed that still needed a drain. When we called the plumber who did the original installation, all of the sudden the drain was costing 10X as much as…
I've managed over 2400 apartments around the Bay Area and Magic plumbing is my go to. Jeremy and Carl have both been very helpful to me over the years. Today they replaced the water heater at my own home.
The team did a very professional job, was very communicative and respectful, and though the process took longer and cost more than one hopes, it was not their fault and they stuck to it. I would happily recommend them.
Timely, job well done, friendly and efficient
I had an awesome experience with Magic Plumbing... Dino was great!
I love this service. Truly professional and nice folks that simply get s#*t done and quick. Call them and even if it's not an immediate need they are there on task quickly. They assess the problems and know the situation instantly. Jose is amazing
Excellent job execution under difficult circumstances!
I have been using Magic Plumbing for decades from jobs as small as a clogged drain to as large as complete sewer lateral replacement. The service has always been high quality, done on time and at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend Magic Plumbing.
The technician arrived on-time. He gave us good advice on the option of an upgrade versus just replacing our hot water heater with the same type. We decided not to upgrade because of his advice and had a new unit installed in 2 hours from start to finish. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
