Unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment the same day I scheduled it (June 1st) however the pending charges of $385 were still charged. I’ve tried to reach out regarding my refund but there’s no phone number to call, I sent a DM on IG but they don’t accept DMs and I tried emailing but no one responds. It now June 11th and I still have not received a refund or a response which has caused me to file a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back for services I did not receive.
