We hired Major Cleaning Services to clean a coworker’s house as a collective baby shower gift, and they did an incredible job! They were so easy to work with and accommodating of their schedule. The new mom was absolutely thrilled to bring her baby home to a spotless, fresh house. Highly recommend their services!
Made a call to inquire pricing and details of their deep cleaning services for our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath rental property move-out in Laramie. Lady was very rude rapidly assuming and asking me if I was a scammer. She quoted me a price similar to what I had received from a local Laramie cleaning company. She said the money I would be paying for them to drive from Cheyenne to Laramie wasn't going to be worth it to me. Then she proceeded and recommend me to look on Facebook saying "you will find a nice hispanic lady that will do it for cheaper". I am actually looking for a crew deep cleaning company that will do a detailed nice job on my property to have it ready for the new tenants coming in March 1st. I am more than happy and not afraid to pay the higher pricing for a job well made.
Called for free estimate. Never showed up. What makes them think they will show up and do a good job. People just don't care anymore.
I truly apologize for forgetting our walkthrough appointment. That is highly unusual and I assure you that we care very much about all of our clients and have never missed a scheduled cleaning in the history of my company.
Amazing people! Super easy to work with! Love you guys!
Thank you so much, we really appreciate the opportunity!
Best cleaning service around, hands down. very professional and polite. They didn't miss a spot.
Thank you so much, it was a joy to have the opportunity to affect your quality of life in a positive way.
Major Cleaning did a great job and they were a HUGE help when I moved into my house. They did an initial deep clean to get things the way I preferred, and then did regular cleanings to keep my home up to par. They were always polite and friendly, and I never felt uncomfortable with them in my space. I would highly recommend them.
Aww, thank you so much! We really miss you guys!
This team came recommended by a neighbor and I had been struggling with a busy schedule and this was something I could delegate. They have been working in my home about a year and they always show up and are professional. At one point I had a plant bulb break and they told me and ordered more before I could tell them about my stock pile.
Thank you so much! We really enjoy serving in your home!
Terrific bunch of people, hardworking and always goes the extra mile. Would recommend 100% of the time.
Thank you!
Great friendly service.
Thank you!
10/10 recommend, cleaned my 1st floor and it was spic and span, nooks and crevices.
Thank you!
