Great company. Jeff was so accommodating in such short notice. I called for the first time, got an unbelievable low quote and a technician was out within a couple hours. Jeff came to our house on short notice to take care of a wasps nest in our patio. He was in and out quickly, took care of the nest, and sprayed repellent to prevent further nests and pests from forming. Jeff was very kind, professional, and informative. Would highly recommend Malang Pest Control to anyone in Orange County in need of pest services.
Raul was amazing! He is always very professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable of the services he is providing! Raul is definitely an asset to Malang and I look forward to him providing my quarterly services! Thank you Raul and job well done! Lady from Texas!! 😊
Well done in all respects
I've been a long time customer of Malang. I found them by searching for "pet safe pest control". Their techs have always been respectful and mindful of our pets safety. Anytime I've needed to discuss billing or scheduling, Jeff has always been prompt in replying and supporting my concerns or billing questions. A+++
Always responsive to needs, on time, organized.
