Our service technician was Kyle, and he did a great job. Kyle was friendly and very knowledgeable. After describing the issue, he knew exactly what the problem was. It was an easy fix and he showed me how to fix problem myself if it occurred again.
Technician was pleasant and patient and showed me how to keep th3 unit clean and functional.
