Replaced an old closet door with a new door from Mancino Window & Doors. Went to several places before MWD, and they didn’t have what I was looking for. MWD had the exact door I was looking for, and they measured and sized it pefectly. All I had to do was remove the old door and put up the new door. Great group of people to work with also.

My wife and I have been looking for the right company to replace our windows on our family home for probably about 5 years and we got plenty of quotes and differing approaches but Rob Fahl from MDW blew them all away. He reminds me of the way service used to be in our great country. He was personal, courteous, punctual, exemplary in all the ways one would hope when soliciting a service of this magnitude (We got all our windows replaced in our home, over 20). Above all, he embodied integrity, decency and honesty. If he said he was going to do something it was done. If he said he would offer something, it was done. If he said he was going to go to bat for you, it was done. And he delivered everything with considerable aplomb, a family style, down to earth personal warmth, and executed his promises with precision. As someone who has lived and ran businesses in Orange County for over 37 years I know talent when when I see it. And Rob is the Personification of that North Star of Service. I could not be happier, and I cannot give him enough praise. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Rob!

I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come to my home and take measurements for a potential window replacement project. The appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, but by 2:00 PM no one had arrived. I called the office and was told that the technician would be there in a few minutes. I continued waiting, but by 3:30 PM no one had shown up. When I called again, I was told that the technician had supposedly rung my doorbell and left because no one answered. This explanation makes no sense. I was home the entire time specifically waiting for the appointment, and no one rang my doorbell. Furthermore, the company had my phone number, and if the technician was unable to reach me at the door, a simple phone call could have resolved the situation immediately. Instead, I spent two hours waiting after the scheduled appointment time, only to be told that the technician had left. The lack of communication and the inaccurate claim that no one was home made an already frustrating experience even worse. I understand that delays can happen, but customers deserve timely updates and reasonable efforts to make contact before an appointment is canceled. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that my time was not respected.

The entire process has been extremely stressful for my 85 year old mother as it has been for my husband & I. The communication with Jennifer was appalling, the sliding glass door was measured incorrectly which they realized when they came to install. They had to re-measure and it took another month to get the replacement. The stress this job has caused my mother has been terrible. I would never recommend this company for any job!

On installation day, Garry dispatched an experienced crew with enough manpower so that our 11 windows got done in 1 day. Led by Fidel and Isaac, they exercised care with both the interior and exterior of the house, laying down tarps wherever they stepped and vacuuming after each installation was complete. They worked quickly but cut no corners, even taking time to help adjust some fixtures that were not part of the official job. 5 out of 5, would definitely hire again.

I can not say enough about Rob F and his team. We had 10 windows installed a couple of years ago. Love my new windows. The team is efficient and very helpful when I am in need. I requested Rob’s help on a track for my LR slider. He came over after we chatted to set up a plan of action. Once details were set Rob was able to support me in getting a new track and would insure I had the necessary help he would provide for installation. Rob was generous in his time and support when I needed it. Our windows are beautiful , open n close seamlessly Highly recommend anyone needing outstanding windows with 100% help and professional service years after installation. Once to address a specific EMTEK Motorized Smart Lock and again a year later to addressed a required Front Entry Door/Gate replacement.
