Terrible service and communication! I contacted Mancino door & window based on the 5 star review and what a huge mistake that was. I'm still struggling to understand how they have a 5 star review. Jennifer was our sales person and the job was based in Laguna Woods to replace a window and sliding glass door. The…
Mancino made it easy to replace our windows. Garry did an on-site assessment and helped us choose the style and configuration of each window. On installation day, Garry dispatched an experienced crew with enough manpower so that our 11 windows got done in 1 day. Led by Fidel and Isaac, they exercised care with both…
Mancino Door and Windows installed a new two story window wall with a roof line angle! Very difficult and precise!! Garry Terra our salesperson made sure everything was 100% perfect!! Their highly skilled and professional installers Joe, Armando and crew did an excellent job and cleaned up the worksite. This is…
I had multiple Milgard double windows installed by Mancino last year. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Specifically, Rob was very knowledgeable an always came up with solutions and alternatives for my plans. They helped me all the way through purchase and installation of windows. They deserve the 5 star rating
Rob Fahl and his ENTIRE Crew, supervised by Fidel, were OUTSTANDING. They were all professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Their work was beautiful and they were extremely efficient throughout the entire one-day job. Their attention to detail and follow-up was impressive! I really appreciate that. If my…
Gary and his crew did a excellent job replacing our windows and sliding doors!
worked with Garry to replace 7 windows. It was a great experience. Workers showed up on time did a great job and cleaned/finished on time. Highly recommend MDW specially working with Garry. Steve
We don't know about most people, but we like dealing with smaller, local businesses more than the "Big Box" stores. There's something nice about dealing with a Door and Window Store that's "just around the corner." If you feel that way too, then we highly recommend Mancino Door and Window on LaPaz Road in Laguna…
Mancino Door and Window did a terrific job replacing 3 windows in my home. The crew that Rob Fahl sent out were on time, worked efficiently and their clean-up was excellent. Upon removing the glass blocks from one opening they found that the studs were in pretty bad shape. It was either water penetration or…
We live in a home built in 1925. We needed windows that are difficult to find. Maintaining the character of our home was #1. Mancino delivered on every level. Gorgeous wood frame windows, beautifully installed. Mancino is a dream to work with. Wonderful service!!! Great quality product at a fair price. Wood frame…
Just had 2 sliders and 2 windows replaced and what a great job Mancino Doors and Windows of Laguna Niguel did. Couldn't be any happier with the salesmanship and recommendation Garry gave during the shopping phase. Joe and is working partner did an excellent job. They were very clean and professional. Going to enjoy the new addition to our house.
