Manhattan Auto Repair Inc.

I have a 2011 Lexus 450RXwith 127,000 miles on it. The guys brought the old car, which was running OK, back to life for what they tell me is the next 125,000 miles! Shocks/Struts/Breaks/Fluids/alignment etc etc.... All at a great price compared to a dealer. I want to thank Ozzy and the team for a job well done! I highly recommend

Both Ozzy and Rich are nice guys. Fair price for Manhattan. Prompt same day service. Will return!

Oz, Rich, and the crew are honest and know what they’re doing! They got my 80’s Honda running like new and I’m so grateful. This is the only place I’ve been to where they know how to handle a wide range of cars. Most places are only familiar with newer cars. This is now my go to! Thank you all :)

Ozzy is awesome! I won't bring my car anywhere else in Manhattan for oil change, inspection and maintenance. Ozzy is an honest guy never tries to rip me off. And it's also hard to find nice people these days!

Ozzy is an absolute legend. Inspected a used car for me and walked me through all the things he was seeing. Helped me know what would need to be repaired and the cost. Friendly. Helpful. Competent. Grateful for him and his team!

The only reason I'm giving this a one star is because there is not a lower rating. This repair shop took our Lexus and sent it out to a "chop shop" the work they claimed and billed us for was never done. Parts started to fall off the car after a year. Doors were never replaced, rather a "skin" was put over the… Read full review

Excellent and friendly service. Reasonable prices and prompt service. They worked with our insurance.

A dead battery on a hectic morning set the tone for what I thought would be a frustrating day, but Manhattan Auto Repair Inc. turned it all around. From the moment I walked in, the warmth of their team was like a reassuring sunbeam cutting through storm clouds. They greeted me with genuine smiles, listened to my… Read full review

Amazing service. Thank you, Ozzy and team!

Long overdue, but I had to leave a review for this wonderful auto shop! I was in an accident right before Christmas and Ozzy was incredibly responsive, kind, and empathetic to my situation. He and Rich made sure I got my car door/fender replaced as quickly as possible, with a super clean paint job. I truly… Read full review

These guys are really good. Not only are they good, they are honest and will go out there way to help you. I really enjoyed these guys. Professionals and sense of humor. And they will not rip you off. Want repairs where you feel comfortable and understood. Come here. You won't be disappointed.

Very good repair service. Michael was so helpful to get my car fixed fast.

I came to Manhattan Auto Repair on a Saturday morning to diagnose a check engine light. They had immediate availability, and quickly and professionally attended to my concerns, which included an anti-lock break systems light that had been on for several weeks. Once the initial diagnostic test was complete they gave… Read full review

Great service 5 stars On my Esclade Thank you for the quick inspection

I traveled to NY from out of state. My vehicle broke down and I was in distress. I called Asi, he was able to get me in and repaired the same day. The whole staff made you feel at home. I wasn’t taken advantage of as a female consumer. I’m grateful fir the professionalism I was afforded. I highly recommend this business.

Richie has been taking immaculate care of my car - past and present car for the last 15 years. He is honest, sincere and very dependable. I highly recommend his services if you want to maintain your car at its optimum level.

I was in NYC for a holiday weekend and my car broke down. They were able to calm my concern and help me in a reasonable time frame with trustworthy service and customer care. They could have taken advantage of the situation and they did not. I was so appreciative.

I’ve had my used SUV serviced here for 10 years. Richard and Ami and crew are always professional and kind. I’ve never been screwed.

They spent a lot of time diagnosing and repairing a few issues. If I had gone to a Mercedez dealer the cost would be two fold....at least. There’s only a few places in the boroughs that have as good reviews. If you’re in Manhattan then this is your place for reliable service. It’s been a while that I could say I… Read full review

They are extremely professional and on top of that very accommodating. Everything was done on time, and you can clearly see that they do not try to find non existing problems in order to milk you. Since I have been there I recommended this shop to every friend of mine.
