Took my car in for the ac not working. They saw me right away. I don’t have words for how kind the staff is. Haven’t gotten my car back yet, but on customer service and ethos alone, I’m comfortable giving a 5 star review. I saw the people who own the shop treat the locals walking their dogs with love, knowing…
Needed a repair shop in the city for my Audi and really wanted to avoid the dealership. I spent a while looking at Google reviews and Manhattan Auto Repair had amazing feedback so I figured I’d give it a shot. I went in for a few things: 1. Check engine light (emissions system issue) 2. Tire replacement 3. Oil…
Passed through NYC and our car’s engine needed some attention. Ozzy’s team was quick to fix everything within 30min, and at a very reasonable price. Much recommended.
Oz, Rich, and the crew are honest and know what they’re doing! They got my 80’s Honda running like new and I’m so grateful. This is the only place I’ve been to where they know how to handle a wide range of cars. Most places are only familiar with newer cars. This is now my go to! Thank you all :)
Ozzy is awesome! I won't bring my car anywhere else in Manhattan for oil change, inspection and maintenance. Ozzy is an honest guy never tries to rip me off. And it's also hard to find nice people these days!
A dead battery on a hectic morning set the tone for what I thought would be a frustrating day, but Manhattan Auto Repair Inc. turned it all around. From the moment I walked in, the warmth of their team was like a reassuring sunbeam cutting through storm clouds. They greeted me with genuine smiles, listened to my…
Terrific auto repair shop. Came in for 'walk-in' inspection and oil change. Ozzy is delight to deal with. He took my car right in, and completed work in a short time. Highly recommend the shop.
I absolutely love these guys!! Ozzy and his mechanics helped me out when my car died from rats eating my wires. It was the Saturday of July 4 weekend and they worked after hours to do all the work that needed to be done knowing we needed the car to go away for the holiday. Got a call at 9:00am monday letting me know…
I have a 2015 E350 Mercedes. Tired of paying $180 and beyond at mercedes I went here for an oil change since I couldn't get out of the city with my car and the place was very close by. I called and they said they could change my oil immediately. I asked about the oil and the person there showed it to me. It was…
Really amazing shop! They treat you right, never give you the run around and fix your vehicle very well. I've been going here for many years. Jacob is the best!!
They spent a lot of time diagnosing and repairing a few issues. If I had gone to a Mercedez dealer the cost would be two fold....at least. There’s only a few places in the boroughs that have as good reviews. If you’re in Manhattan then this is your place for reliable service. It’s been a while that I could say I…
These guys are all so nice! Exceptional service, professional team who know what they are doing! Great prices. I am definitely going back!!! Thanks guys so much!!!
They are extremely professional and on top of that very accommodating. Everything was done on time, and you can clearly see that they do not try to find non existing problems in order to milk you. Since I have been there I recommended this shop to every friend of mine.
