Professional, kind technician. We have used Maple Lane Pest Control for many years and have been satisfied with the results. We no longer have issues with carpenter ants or spiders. They do not try to upsell us or pressure us to apply more than we need. 2 times a year does the job for us.

Bill showed up on time and very throughly sprayed the interior and exterior of my home. He also explained how the sprays would function. I was able to pre-pay for a spring and fall insect extermination. I'm very pleased with the entire service from beginning to end.
