The technician, Bill, was on time, friendly and professional. He listened to any concerns I had and addressed them, as well as my questions. He also noted an area of concern outside and took care of it. I would recommend Maple Lane Pest Control for your seasonal maintenance as well as any pest concerns.

Bill was very courteous and professional. Asked if we had any issues other than normal. He was very respectful of our property.

The technician, Brian, was very knowledgeable. He gave me lots of good advice about keeping insects out of our home, in addition to the pest control being applied. He was friendly and efficient. I was concerned about the safety of the chemicals being used, but I felt better once he explained to me the safety of the products they use. He was excellent.

I am very pleased with the service from this company. Lisa, my technician from Maple Lane, was pleasant and answered any questions I had. She was thorough with the application both inside and out. The application did not have any odor. I have used Maple Lane several times and plan on continuing to use their service.

Scott did a great job, called ahead to let me know he was coming and showed up on time. I've used Maple Lane several years now, initially for an ant infestation which they took care of successfully, and now every year for prevention. Would highly recommend their services.
