Professional, kind technician. We have used Maple Lane Pest Control for many years and have been satisfied with the results. We no longer have issues with carpenter ants or spiders. They do not try to upsell us or pressure us to apply more than we need. 2 times a year does the job for us.
Bill showed up on time and very throughly sprayed the interior and exterior of my home. He also explained how the sprays would function. I was able to pre-pay for a spring and fall insect extermination. I'm very pleased with the entire service from beginning to end.

My technician, Lisa, was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant and provided a great service. She took good care to ensure our dog's sleeping area was not disturbed by the spraying. All in all, it was a great experience. I will book another service in the spring. Thanks Lisa!
Bill did a great job! Made sure to get every area and even went back to spray my porch with a special spider spray. Awesome service and always friendly!
Bill was very kind and pleasant, especially with my dog wanting to "help" him. He explained what will happen, especially with the spiders, where he treated and the drying time. He also explained the longevity of the treatment and I promised I'd call in the spring. I'm very happy with Bill's service.

We've been with Maple Lane Pest Control for many, many years. They have always been reliable, effective, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Most recently, Ken had to fill in for our usual tech, Mike, and we were well satisfied with his thoroughness. Having never sprayed our house, he hit every critical area…

Scott was very thorough and kind. He went above and beyond to explain what else I could do to reduce spiders in my home. My michigan basement has been a spider paradise, but with his advice and service I feel confident in stopping then. Will continue to use them yearly and as needed for my pest control needs!
