We’re used Mark Lindsay for a number of years and have been very satisfied. In our case, we seem to get the same serviceman, Kenny, most of the time. He knows our HVAC and on demand water heater through and through making problem solving simple.
As a new owner of our home, we needed an emergency service call for our HVAC system. So please with the responsiveness and service we received. Issue was resolved within a couple of hours. We have found our go to service provider.

Get frozen pipes. Team led by Jim rolling quickly fixed the problem without causing damage to my home save for me thousands of dollars. Thank you to Jim, Adam and Armando.
Always there when you need them and excellent. Always use them. However after charging 275$ emergency rate, then replaced a 15$ part but charged to 299$ installed in addition. In my opinion I was not treated reasonably regarding the pricing and the short amount of time they were here. Will not be using them anymore. It’s simple math.
The technician was helpful & professional.
Everything went well, he got on time, resolved the issue, and gave me good advice on how to avoid the issue.
