Have only had good experiences with Mark Lindsay and son. I’ve hired them to install my central a/c, boiler installation, new ball valve for city water, clogged drains, etc. Always a good experience.
Brandon did a great job! Knowledgeable, happy wife now!! Thanks
Edited Review: So years after the purchase of this furnace it has had intermittent issues. I was never informed that yearly maintenance was needed on a high efficiency furnace due to rust. So this year the furnace was intermittently not turning on. I call mark lindsay to come out and look. Tech said he tried to…
The technicians are all professional, easy to deal with, reliable and dependable. Special thanks and recognition to Jacob, Jeremiah, AJ, Nick & Brandon! These guys ROCK!!
We replaced a 23 year old Central AC, which had died, as well as a 20 yr old furnace and 15 yo hot water heater. Mark Lindsay gave us a competitive price and scheduled the job quickly. On installation day, our technicians Nick and AJ arrived early (7am) and completed the job earlier than estimated(2pm). Very…
I have used this company at my fathers, my house,my sister's and my rental property. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their techs as well as the office are so polite and professional. They make what usually would be a bad situation often good. They really care about the customer as well as meeting…
Hot water heater replacement and furnace repair. Repaired damage caused by hard water.
Our installation team finished hooking up our new water cooler and heat pump system about an hour ago. Everyone I interacted with from the very first phone call to the end of our installation was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's possible that I had fortunate timing, but it was very easy to get…
We have been in our home since August 2022. So far we have had Mark Lindsay replace our furnace and look at our sump pump. They did a great job both times and would highly recommend them to others. Showed ontime and cost was what they said it would be.
Often feedback/reviews only happen when something goes wrong or poor service is provided, so I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the great service Mark Lindsay provides. The techs they send are always knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They do great work and in the rare case something isn’t quite right…
We also have used them for plumbing repairs and the conversion from propane to natural gas. All of the technicians that have worked on our homes over the years were professional, took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. Once the work is complete they show and demonstrate what was done.…
Never have any doubt that we will receive the most reliable & professional service! Extra care is always taken to make sure everything is done right.
I had a emergency 3/2/23 1030 this morning my water heater tanked and water was pouring out everywhere in my basement about 3-4 in all throughout. I called Mark Lindsay and Son told them what was happening they assured me someone would be here in 30 min. John got here in 20 he was very assertive and Very…
Their office and field crews are courteous, professional and responsive! We highly recommend them!
I called late on Tuesday evening they were at my house Wednesday afternoon (they would have been there in the morning, due to the short notice I had to go in and work a half day). They diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and were as reasonably priced as a plumber could be.
Update: Came back for the 1-year free inspection. Brandon cleaned and checked everything and running perfect. Took the time to answer all our questions too. Replaced and installed both a new boiler and water softener system. Brought everything up to code. Removed old units and cleaned up after install was completed.…

I am so grateful for Mark Lindsay. From day one, i met Joe to see if i can install AC in my new home and trusted him with the job. Jorge, Thomas, Dan, Luke have been such a blessing. I needed to get my plumbing connected and they were there for me right away. I also had A LOT of mishaps with home depot where they…
Update: 6/21/2022: We decided it was time to replace our 19 year old AC condenser and gas furnace in our townhouse. We got an estimate from the company we have been using for maintenance and also from Mark Lindsay and Son. The estimates were comparable, however, Perry from Mark Lindsay and Son took the time to…
Once again, impecable service. They have put in a bathroom for me, a totally new heating/ hot water system AND they don't blink when you ask for a small job, my most recent job of switching out a part in my toilet tank. They also cleaned out the little airator screen in my kitchen faucet. Have company coming and…

Mark Lindsay & Sons are extremely knowledge and courteous! I would use them again for all my HVAC needs
I haven't been anything but pleased and thoroughly impressed with this company overall in my experience. The thing that won me over initially was Mr. Rick Fenn's initial visit when getting the estimate to replace my boiler. He took measurements of the room in question while he was there, and was the only company…
They were super professional, very nice and informative! They tested the new air conditioner and furnace and made sure the thermostat worked properly. They even vacuumed the area after they were finished working! I would absolutely call them again if I need repair for air conditioner/furnace. Super thankful!
Install french drains and new heating system along with purifying air dehumidifier. Excellent service, knowledgeable techs. Incredibly fast and hard working team.

We have used Mark Lindsay and Son for a few years now. They have always come quick for emergencies. They send nice and personable technicians. Once again another wonderful job by Mark Lindsay and Son Plumbing & Heating. My water heater needed to be replaced and they were there quickly to diagnose and complete the installation of the new heater. I could not be happier.
I have used them since purchasing my home a few times from simple plumbing issues to a complete heating and AC replacement system. They have always been on time with great quality - never requiring a second visit for the same issue.
