Marquis Tree Service

Professional, approachable and courteous! The crew did a wonderful job!

Once again Marquis provided a skilled crew, who took down three trees, shredded parts and stacked and carted away big trunk sections and thoroughly cleaned up the yard. This is difficult, hazardous work; we are privileged to have such excellent people working in our area.

Everything was great! From my first phone call to set up my tree removal to the finish everyone was helpful & friendly. The job itself was awesome and the price was very reasonable. The crew did an amazing job cleaning up at the end. I would highly recommended!

Incredible all the way! Professional, fast, communicative, affordable, and did better than the standard - stumps cut nice and low. Would recommend to anyone!

Best tree service around! Prices are fair, worker’s are great (on time, professional and neat) & office is prompt when answering questions / logistics. I’ll continue to use them (we have a lot of trees! 🌳 ) for all our tree 🌲 jobs. Thanks again! 🌴 -Liz

Absolutely awesome service cutting down and removing our 100+ year old maple that was partially collapsed due to internal rot and entangled with live power lines on 24 hour notice as we departed same day for a two week vacation trip.

We had a gigantic, ancient copper beech removed (72" DBH) for a very reasonable price and within a single day. We did lot of research before choosing this company, which also came recommended by another company that didn't have the ability to remove such a large tree. They saved some wood for an artist to use for… Read full review

We’ve used Marquis several times. They do excellent work for a fair price. I trust John to evaluate our trees and come up with the best course of action.2026 update John recently got some new equipment that allowed his team to take down a damaged tree in a particularly hard to get to spot. I couldn’t be happier.

Thumbs up, no complaints. Used Marquis twice now for tree removals and the team completes the work quickly and efficently. They're respectful and do as little as possible damage to the surrounding areas while they work. They were diligent in cleanup as well probably leaving the area cleaner than when they arrived. Would use again if needed.

Marquis did an exceptional job of removing 6 very large white pine trees this week, 3 in the front yard and 3 in the back yard (that were leaning towards our house). We chose Marquis to handle this delicate operation and we were not dissappointed. And the did a great job of cleaning up as well. I would highly recommend Marguis Tree Service!

Crew showed up on time worked in a well organized and professional manner. It was a big job, removing several tall trees. State of the art equipment and impressive crew. They cleaned up well and left property looking great. 100% recommend.

My second time using Marquis for tree removal. Justin and his crew did an excellent job. On time, thorough and personable. Ashley was exceptionally quick to respond to a question I had regarding log removal. I highly recommend Marquis Tree.

Highly skilled hard working crew with superb crane operator and lumberjack. Impressive to watch in action. No nonsense. Safety obviously a priority to them.

We were very pleased with the services of Marquis Tree Service from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Every employee we had contact with was pleasant and responsive. The work was completed promptly and the crew cleaned up thoroughly.

Removed a giant Oak tree and a couple of large branches from another tree. Crew did a great job, cleaned up after they were done. Crane operator was excellent. They removed the tree trunk wood from our property the next business day. Stump grinding was done a couple of days later. All work was done on schedule and done well.

Over a dozen large trees had to go as became a risk to our home. I spoke with multiple Tree Service companies. Marquis did a fantastic job cutting down a large tree nestled between two garages. They did a great job; they were professional, timely, efficient, and they even cleaned up. I would highly recommend them. They are clearly experts in their field.

Marquis Tree Service did a great job removing three large trees from our property. Our favorite part was watching how efficiently they did what is/was an impossible task for us. Everyone was very professional and personable.

Highly recommend. Price fell within the 4 different quotes that I acquired. Once a date was determined, they were here that day and were completely professional and respected and cleaned up property once completed. Can’t say anything negative. Went above and beyond when I asked for a couple other small things while they were here.

I want to say that these guys are the best. They have fair pricing, they leave your yard completely cleaned up. They arrive on time and very kind and friendly. They are the best. They did stump grinding and we had about 7 dead or disease trees removed. We are also using them for pruning and ferilizing another tree in October.

Marquis Tree was very helpful, took down a big tree in my yard as well as a bunch of smaller bushes. When the guys arrived we spoke and I asked if they could take down some other branches that we had Not previously discussed, they phoned in management and were able to help me with my additional requests. The Marquis team was a marvel - such skill and speed. We had 8 trees taken down in a rather cramped area of our yard. This posed no problems to this crew. We also appreciate that every every effort was taken to leave the sight clean. We would definitely recommend them for similar jobs.

Great work at a fair price, zero issues, and good communication. Will use again.

Well organized, prompt, efficient, “job well done” company. Have used them several times and highly recommend .

Marquis did an exceptional, professional and safe job taking down our large ash tree in about 2 hours. The diameter of the tree was massive. Watching the removal process was something else with all the trucks, equipment and crane to complete the job, including a spotless cleanup. Very happy with Marquis Tree Service..

Marquis has been tending my trees for twenty five years. When a tree gets too large, or becomes unsafe, they are my go-to solution. The crews are careful, safe, and knowledgeable.

Had 4 red oaks removed. Watched as they quickly and safely removed the trees. What impressed me the most was there attention to detail. From setup to cleanup they worked as a team that has pride in their workmanship . Cleanup was amazing. Not a twig or leaf left on the lawn or the street. Cleaned not only my… Read full review

The team from Marquis Tree was excellent! They were courteous, professional and efficient. We appreciated the estimate that included pictures of exactly which limbs would be pruned. The work crew left the site completely free of any debris and reviewed the job with us before and after completion. We would highly recommend them for any tree work!

Timely in terms of giving estimate, fair prices, courteous and professional workers, and don't leave any traces - immaculate clean up after.

I have used Marquis twice now for two different homes and also recommended them to family for their work. Excellent and clear communication from beginning to end, service has been consistently prompt and of high quality. Crews do a great job not only on the tree work itself but also on post-job cleanup.

Marquis took down 4 very large (30" diameter) dead ash trees and an elm tree from behind our house. They expertly lifted them over the house and over telephone wires on our narrow street. They worked fast, efficiently, safely, using a large crane, careful to avoid dead branches from dropping. In the end, after… Read full review

Marquis Tree did a wonderful job on our two tree removals. The arborist who came to quote, Devin, did an excellent presentation, and answered all my questions even before I thought of them.
