I’m sorry that I can’t rightly recall the name of the young man that did our service today but I would like to say you are fortunate to have him. He was polite, efficient, to the point, & did an exceptional job of communicating exactly what he was going to do, why, & when & then he did just what he said he would do,…
Josh was great. He was professional and actually reduced the price from the estimate. Carpets and LPV look great in my commercial building.

Great service. Andrew was on time, efficient, and friendly. Explained exactly what he was going to do, why he had to wait a few minutes after spraying, etc. Even made friends with our 2 great danes. Very happy with the results, got out the stains from one of the dog's accidents (inn two different rooms) which is…

Your technician was very personable again. He did an amazing job on my rugs!! He got the spots out and left it looking great!
What a great job Marshall’s and Joshua did for us! I use home steam carpet cleaner and it does not compare to professional equipment Marshall’s uses. Joshua showed up on time, surveyed the work, explained just how he was going to clean 3 bedrooms, a hallway and bonus room as well as a couch. Then he got to work.…

Thank you Marshall! It had been a while since last needing Marshall Cleaning Service. Great job. Thx
Website was easy to navigate for scheduling. I received a follow up call right away to review measurements and ensure appropriate pricing. They arrived at the scheduled time. I had 1274 sq/ft house cleaned (carpet and tile) after moving out. We were told the carpet would be dry after 7-8 hours however several of…
I would have given Five stars But the first time we scheduled them, nobody showed, and nobody called. I called them to see where they were and found ou our tech was out sick and his replacement was also out that day. It would’ve been nice to be notified. They did reschedule for the next day, came on time, and did a great job.
Josh was very professional and friendly and went over detail’s and concerns. I appreciated him going the extra miles. Thank you

Super nice folks, graciously worked with me when I had to reschedule several times. Josh did a great job on the carpet and on the microfiber recliner - we were very happy with the results, even though (as he warned us) some spots came back due to the age of the spots and the carpet, which we expected. The only…
The guy did a great job cleaning, however, I would've appreciated him moving the heavier furniture back where it belongs. I am 76 years old and need a hip replacement, so moving furniture back was difficult! I did have to ask him to move the sofa back, and he complied. But the other items took me a while to put back!
These guys do a great job and really take the time to address your concerns. Highly recommended!
Andru did an amazing job! He explained everything that he was doing to the carpets and made them look great!
Joshua did a super job on our carpets upstairs. He was extremely sensitive to our daily routine. He is a kind, gentleman, and we recommend him most highly.
I have used Marshall cleaning twice now, when we first bought our house in 2017 to deep clean the carpets and again recently to clean the grime of 8 years living with 5+ cats. Joshua was able to come in and clean the carpets and make them look new again. Will definitely use them again in the future when it is time to clean the carpets again!
We had carpets, ducts snd dryer vents cleaned yesterday and today. Andru, Ethan and Bradley were prompt, personable and quite professional. They did a fine job. We’re very happy!
Andru was extremely helpful and efficient in cleaning my carpet. I have used Marshall’s before to clean my air ducts and now this experience was just as the last. Very professional and informative, explaining the process thoroughly prior to the actual cleaning. Very satisfied!!
Andru was awesome! Super professional and did a great job with our carpets and breakfast nook bench. Will definitely book again.
Awesome service, quick, and detailed!
Fast friendly service Excellent job
As always, service was awesome. Joshua does a great job and a very professional courteous service tech. Will always use Marshall cleaning services.
My carpet is over 20 years old and has never been cleaned. You can imagine after 20 years the stains and normal wear and tear that occurs. You can see the path created by walking the same way over the years. After the cleaning my carpet looks brand new. No more stains and no more flattened down areas where I…
Quick response and good price for carpet cleaning.
Josh was professional and did an excellent job.
Had them come out and clean the carpet in our dining rooms at the work place. Now the Carpets look brand new again. We've use other companies in the past and non has cleaned it Like Marshall's did. Will definitely use again and have already requested quote for other areas.
Josh was great! He explained all the products and how they work on the carpet. He was polite and efficient. Highly recommend.

Scary about owner
Services provided of whole home caret cleaning were accomplished professionally, timely, and at quoted amount. Crew showed up on time, listened closely to my concerns, and went about their business in a workman like manor. At jobs end they did an excellent cleanup. I will absolutely use them again and again.
Such a nice guy! He was amazing to work with, and so pleasant. The carpets are pretty bad as we have very large dogs. He made the house smell and look great. Will definitely use them again!!
Great job!
Complete scam artists. Don't waste your time or money. Move in carpet clean, completely over priced. Once on site, the tech said it was going to be more. Walked over the entire house (including the "cleaned" carpet) with muddy boots. And offered a $50 credit to use them again
They did an excellent job in remediation of pet stains!
I own a the Anytime Fitness in Clinton TN. We just had Marshall Cleaning Service out to clean the turf area with their carpet cleaning service. They were on time, professional and did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again!
