We received a duct cleaning for a rental house we were about to move into. They were able to get us on the schedule pretty quick, thorough in their work, and talked through everything with easy understanding.

The two men were experienced and did a great job of opening up an old dryer vent, cleaning it off the old lent that had accumulated. Also put a new outdoor cover on it. I will use them again and recommend them to others.
Work was done quickly and they were able to work with me on pricing. But they did not clean up after themselves and left my furniture moved all around.

I've used Marshall for indoor and outdoor work and have always appreciated their strong communication, their team's friendliness, and the quality of their work. Whenever they finish cleaning the house, the gutters, the dryer vent, or the upholstery, I feel I have received good value for the price I paid.

Very helpful and worked with me to do the best job possible. They had a lot of trouble keeping the vents sealed while using Airseal, so I worry that impeded the success rate. I also think it’s wild that they couldn’t find a way to seal my returns when I paid to have the whole system sealed, and yet it cost the same…
My clothes dryer was not drying at all. I had dryer repair come and tell me my dryer was fine, but the vent was blocked. Marshall’s came the next day. The two, very nice and professional young men, worked to totally clean my vent. They explained everything they did. Definitely will use this company again!
