The workers did an excellent job in making sure we knew what was going on every step of the way.
We received a duct cleaning for a rental house we were about to move into. They were able to get us on the schedule pretty quick, thorough in their work, and talked through everything with easy understanding.
Use ANYONE but these guys. Firstly, they didn't do the cleaning correctly (their words) and spread a thick layer of dust and whatever else was in the ducts all across my house (see pics for the bigger pieces, but a fine dust was all over everything). It was so bad i walked into a room and there was a haze in the…
We have a large home with 2 HVAC units. Brian & Jayce are awesome, polite & informative. Job well done 👏
I am very pleased with the work and results this company did for me. From the initial phone call, all the way to completion. I am glad to recommend.
Quick and easy scheduling, the scheduler described the service options well (I've booked several different service with Marshall), and the team that came out was efficient and thorough. I would use Marshall Cleaning again and recommend them for gutter and dryer vent cleaning!
We had Marshall's out to clean ducts in our home. The technician and his assistant were both booted every time they entered the home. They explained and did videos of each register that was cleaned. They were careful when setting up equipment and then removing said items. They answered all of our questions. I…
Jeremy & his helper did a great job.
The two men were experienced and did a great job of opening up an old dryer vent, cleaning it off the old lent that had accumulated. Also put a new outdoor cover on it. I will use them again and recommend them to others.
Work was done quickly and they were able to work with me on pricing. But they did not clean up after themselves and left my furniture moved all around.
Great experience! On time, professional and affordable.
Quick and efficient cleaning of our dryer vent. Nice, friendly service!
Duct and dryer vent cleaning done. They were on time. Very thorough and professional but extremely personable as well. No mess left behind to clean up after they were done. I would definitely recommend and use again.
Very responsive, respectful, and good workers.
I love Marshalls. They’ve always done a great job for me. No matter what service they’ve been providing. Today Jeremy and Brian did a fantastic job. Great attention to detail very patient and thorough addressed all my concerns, extremely pleased. Additionally, there was more to the job than the boxes that I checked…

Nice young men, very professional. I was surprised by how clogged up my dryer duct was! I am now signed up for yearly cleaning.
Great service all around. They cleaned my gutters out today after just scheduling yesterday. They showed up right on time too. Tre and Andru were my techs. Nice, pleasant attitudes and work. I have also used Marshall's to clean my duct work and dryer vent. Very pleased with that service as well. The pricing…
I've used Marshall for indoor and outdoor work and have always appreciated their strong communication, their team's friendliness, and the quality of their work. Whenever they finish cleaning the house, the gutters, the dryer vent, or the upholstery, I feel I have received good value for the price I paid.

The speed and ease of service was great and everyone I worked with from scheduling to the app is as wonderful! Will definitely be using them again!
Very helpful and worked with me to do the best job possible. They had a lot of trouble keeping the vents sealed while using Airseal, so I worry that impeded the success rate. I also think it’s wild that they couldn’t find a way to seal my returns when I paid to have the whole system sealed, and yet it cost the same…
My clothes dryer was not drying at all. I had dryer repair come and tell me my dryer was fine, but the vent was blocked. Marshall’s came the next day. The two, very nice and professional young men, worked to totally clean my vent. They explained everything they did. Definitely will use this company again!
Professional, knowledgeable, and capable. Very courteous as well. Fixed a troublesome , huge vent dryer system in my home. Well done, and thank you

The tech that came to our house was an experienced, polite, and hard-working individual. He and his partner took care of what we needed in a timely and thoughtful manner. The only reason I gave Marshall’s a four star was because they had to reschedule so many times, but the inconvenience was totally worth it and I…

Not professional at all, had to call carpet cleaning service because of mud everywhere in my house!!! At every register!! In the house from the hoses they use and mud mainly from their boots! I’m talking clumps of mud Took less than a hour for six hundred dollars! Big disappointment Rip off from my point of…
I had Marshall’s come out last year and clean our dryer vents and they were great. Now reno at house with fine layer of sheet rock and sawdust on EVERYTHING. I. OWN. I think I could sense the air was cleaner post-duct cleaning. Very professional, fast and scheduling kept me very informed.

I had Marshall Cleaning Service out to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. The two young men were very professional, and friendly, and they did a great job. During the work, they ran a large air purifier in my house that turned the air over a couple of times in the 90” or so they were here. This company did a…
Techs were upfront about services. The website gives the impression that photos are taken before and after. This is only done at an arms reach with camera phone. You don't get any photos thru the duct work. This could only be done with a snake camera, which they don't have. I had to request copies of photos over the…
