This was the best pressure washing my house siding and patio has ever had. Kenny and Zack were friendly and efficient. They taped off all the electrical outlets before they started and double-checked to make sure they got the tape off when they finished. My siding sparkled when they were done — the cleanest I’ve ever seen it, and so was my patio. They also did the retaining wall and a cement slab without my asking. They used a rotary brush on the patio, not just a wand, and they scrubbed some areas of the siding where there was some buildup of mold which other cleaners had left behind through the years. They are the best, and I highly recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review – Maryland Pro Services I would definitely give Maryland Pro Services a well-deserved five-star review! From start to finish, my experience was excellent. I reached out, sent them a few pictures of my property, and received a very reasonable quote. They showed up exactly on time, took the time to carefully tape off and protect everything around my house, and did an absolutely amazing job. I had my solar panels, gutters, siding, brick, and windows cleaned, and everything turned out fantastic! What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond what they originally promised. Without being asked, they even cleaned my trash cans, air-conditioning condensers, and generator, all in addition to the work they were hired to do. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kenny, the hands-on owner and operator. You can tell he takes great pride in his business and personally makes sure the job is done right. It's refreshing to deal directly with an owner who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers' satisfaction. They were professional, thorough, paid attention to the little details, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Excellent service, outstanding results, and very reasonable pricing! I highly recommend Maryland Pro Services and will definitely be using them again. Thank you, Kenny and your team, for a job well done!

We love using MD Pro Services and Kenny is awesome. We've had them clean our gutters and power wash our front steps and back patio. We had Kenny come out to clean our dryer vents and he was open and honest with us about how he couldn't do the job safely. We appreciated his honesty and would definitely recommend him to any of our friends!

Really great experience working with Kenny and Zach for some gutter cleaning after moving into a house and noticing the gutters needed some love. I had a couple of quotes and thought MD pro was reasonable. I talked with another company that was around the same price but really pushy on upselling. I personally got better vibes from Kenny, and appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. He and Zach did a thorough job and spent time talking with me. I honestly wasn’t sure what the gutter guard situation was since I had just moved here and I didn’t see them from the ground. Kenny explained that they were good to go, just a bit clogged up from dirt getting in. I appreciated the thoroughness and transparency of the work done.
Thank you, Scott! Welcome to your new home, and thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We're thrilled to hear that Kenny and Zach took great care of you, provided transparent and pressure-free service, and thoroughly cleaned your gutters and guards. Clear communication and honest recommendations are top priorities for us. Thanks for choosing Maryland Pro Services, please don't hesitate to reach out if we can assist you with any future home maintenance needs!
