I greatly enjoyed and appreciate the service, attention to detail which technician Joe Woods provided. My thanks to the company for the great find of this outstanding professional.
Our technician, Tra, was respectful, responsive and most importantly on time. We appreciate the service!
Very polite and considerate folk, explained everything about the treatment and what to expect going forward. Update: they explained almost everything… they failed to mention that it was a year long contract not a month by month agreement like the gentleman originally explained to me. Yes you can cancel at anytime,…
I’ve been a customer for over a year and I’ve found their communication to be excellent. I always receive reminders of the scheduled service and they’ve always arrived on time. On top of that, every member of the The Envirogaurd team has been professional, courteous, and thorough.
First time using EnviroGaurd and had Joe as our technician for our initial service. He was professional, on time, and friendly!
Excellent service today 5 star…
Everyone was super nice.. and explained everything well!
He did all the house area, inside and out, sprayed the yard and topped it all off by using his long brush on the gazebo, which has NEVER been brushed or covered with so much care since it was built, probably 23years ago. I’ll let you know if the spider webs are as dense on the windows as they were before your company came. Thank you! Sheldon was great!
Such a great service and professional technicians! Great value. Wonderful to be able to use our yard again
The technician Sheldon deserves 10 stars, however many things were not done that the salesman Zack told me would be done. Lesson learned “if it sounds too good to be true, it isn’t true.”
Michael our technician who did our service was awesome. He explained everything that he was going to do and completed the work in a timely fashion.
It was initial service with this new company. My wife and I sat outside late last evening and didn’t even see a mosquito. The technician actually seemed to love his job.. that is a huge contrast from the previous company. I hope their service stays this way.
Sheldon was on time and extremely professional. With school being out and us working from home he was very careful not to disturb us and completed the job quickly and quietly. We highly recommend.
Joe was excellent. He was polite, helpful, and informative.
SHELDON did an awesome job inside and out! I wouldn’t have asked for anyone else. This is the first day and I am trusting the process 😇 Thank you Mister Sheldon! You get 1000 stars!
Joe is a very good technician and representative of the company. Him and Cameron both made sure we were well informed about the service while also being very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control because of these two.
Joseph Woods is an amazing worker. He was very professional at what he does. Joseph also answered every question I had about what he was doing, and what I could do next time.
EnviroGaurd is fabulous, they explain what they’re going to target before each treatment and what the results would look like, making each visit easy and informative. They also make sure there isn’t anything new since the last service. Thank you for all your hard work, Dillan.
Zac was very helpful and thorough!

Dylan McNeese is a fantastic technician. He arrived with a smile and did a great job explaining what I should try to help keep bugs out of the house. I will use this company again.

Dylan was wonderful. Amazing customer service and answered all questions we had.
Michael at EnviroGuard did a 5 out of 5 star pest inspection, protection, and extermination service of my house.
edit to add: After 7 months, I still love EnviroGuard. They do more to prevent pest problems than my former service and charge less. If their competitors don't update their offerings, I think EnviroGuard is going to take the lion's share of the market - and they've earned it. Prior unaltered comments: I was 100%…
Had a great chat with my technician! Very professional and respectful!
Zac
I have been told that it will take up to 6 month for the treatments to work. Been 6 months and still have ants. Was told to call anytime and they can retreat. No one answers messages or returns calls. Service techs are great but the products they use are ineffective and the customer service is some of the worst…
Very prompt and professional! Great communication!
Great job on this reservice.
I am allergic to bee and wasp stings. Last time I was stung by a wasp my legs started itching and I ended up in a hospital ER vomitting. So I needed EnviroGuard to deal with wasps under my deck. They supposedly had biweekly service, but somehow they never saw the wasp/hornet nest with about 25 of the stingers in…
Did a great job!
Very friendly and extremely dependable. Always answers my questions. I’m so glad I switched my service plan.
The tech was very courteous and thorough in his explanation of what was to be done. There was no mess left during or after the service. We have had 3 treatments now and are very satisfied with our experience.
Trey did a wonderful job!! I really appreciate the time he took to do a good job!!!
Always professional. Thorough job, offers advice when asked. 😊
When the technician came to the door to let me know he was here, he asked if there were any problems & I said I’d noticed a few bugs inside a time or two, since I have them spray only outside. He suggested spraying around the windows & doors more thoroughly, and he did. Great job!
The young man was Very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough in his work.
Professional and friendly staff.
Excellent customer service skill.
Good job personal was great
AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! Can't express that enough! Kind, friendly people to work with. Very thorough and efficient! Good for the budget as well!
Amount of insects around my home has plummeted since I started using their service. No little flies or wasps buzzing around anymore!
He did a good job explaining, seemed to do a good job.
The technician arrived on time. He was very personable and polite. Was our 1st time using this company and the technician did a very thorough job.
EnviroGuard are always super professional and engaged. Would not use another pest control service!
The reps were knowledgeable and the service person performing the service not only took the time to learn the problems we had but after the service explained exactly what he did and made it very clear that we could call them back out at anytime we saw a problem. The price was very competitive. I highly recommend this company!
Michael was very professional and courteous in his recent visit to our home to address reported cockroaches. This was not the typical bi-monthly scheduled visit and demonstrates EnviroGuard's commitment to ensuring satisfied customers.
I switched to these folks to take care of bugs outside. They claimed to use bee safe products to protect the bees while suppressing things like mosquitoes and ticks. Turns out they lied. They don't use bee safe products at all. Will be terminating my service as soon as the one year period is up.
Tyler explained everything I needed to know for me to understand what their service does, and Zack came to spray our home and worked around our specifications of how we wanted the house to be treated. Both of them were very nice, friendly and professional.
Zac Peterson was very friendly and quick. He sweeped down the outside of the house, and sprayed entire yard. Thank you! I look forward to being rid of the ticks and chiggers in my yard.
They are Very Nice, and Polite, very good Explaining what they were going to do. I feel they did a good job.
Just moved to Hazel Green, AL from Colorado and I am very impressed with the professionalism and service of the salesman and exterminators that came to spray our yard and house. Mike the sales rep was very personable and friendly. He explained options and was not pushy. He was asked to come by another day because I was not home. Mike came back like he said he would. That's important to me. Dylan the technician was very polite and professional. He showed up on time and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company!
I had EnviroGuard come today and spray my home. I have had other pest control services to come to my home but EnviroGuard sprayed my whole yard and did a very thorough cleaning of my cobwebs and wasps nests from around the windows, porch, balcony and corner areas. I had subscribed to their service, therefore I will…
