I’ve been a customer for several years now. The service is not as good as it used to be. Techs are change frequently and service is not as thorough. I’m seriously thinking about switching to another company.

Working with Tracey Corley to get my home inspection done and set up with pest control was a great experience. Not only was his expertise and professionalism top notch, but he was great at walking through the processes and paperwork as well.

I don’t recommend Massey for anything other than their preventative termite system. Brandon is also phenomenal. We LOVE Massey. We have quarterly pest control service, plus an annual termite bond with them. They are easy to work with, we have the same technician every time, and they are very responsive if we have an issue. Our pest control tech, Randy, is wonderful and always happy to chat.

Quarterly pest prevention, check for ants in crawlspace. Andrew was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.
