Let me start with saying initially I LOVED this company until I didn't. I've been a customer of theirs for more than 5 years and had NOTHING bad to say until I was in an accident in January. In addition my bank debit card was hacked and there is where my problems started. I got behind and then got caught up with all payments. Fast forward to having rotator cuff surgery in July and being out of work. Each time Tedra called she was kind, polite, professional, and understanding. ALWAYS! It took one very rude phone call from the manager Dan to make me NEVER want to deal with this company ever again. When he called, I was driving and unable to give my bank card information which I REPEATEDLY informed him of. He didn't care. He even said that he would have to send my bill to collections! Imagine sending a customer of more than 5 years to collection for 59.90. Smh! Dan, should never be allowed to speak with customers until he receives some customer service training. Please take note that I paid that full balance the next day!

Jeremy Robinson from Lawrenceville location was both friendly and informative. He when over and beyond in making me feel safe and comfortable with the circumstances of the visit. He recognizes my fears and knew just the right thing to say to easy my anxiety. He even put sealant in my kitchen corners for me because I didn't have the proper tool to do so my self and pull the debri from under my kitchen sink because I was scared. There was nothing to be worried about but I was so lucky he saw that I needed help.
