They were the absolute best!!!! Helped me and my team understand the issue and how to prevent it. They were also quick but did an amazing job at fixing our toilet! Super sweet and amazing woild recommend to everyone!!!
Purchased a house with old plumbing, asked the team working on the toilet to let me know if they saw anything old or worn out. May have ended up with a much larger bill, but I think I dodged a bullet with how beat up some of the parts were. 10/10 will use services again and recommend. They saved me a lot of trouble in the long run.
I’ve worked with MOD for over seven years now and have always been impressed with their customer service and attention to detail!
Just had two gentlemen come out and take a look at our leaking toilet. They got it fixed up in no time and they were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will use them again and recommend this company to anybody looking for plumbing specialist.
We’ve used Masters of Disasters for years for our residence & commercial buildings. They’re very friendly & honest. Never been disappointed in their work. Detailed explanations of work & price. Latest job last week was water heater leaking from ceiling & flooded office below overnight. They were there in an hour after calling them.
AJ and his crew have helped us out numerous times. He is just wonderful at his job and keeps a clean work space. Can’t thank him enough for helping us out 🙏🏼💪🏼
Had a water main leak and M of D fixed us up within a couple of days of calling them. They were able to work around a couple of obstacles and with their equipment they were able to save our driveway from being tore up! Super friendly even in 100 degree heat, yuck!! Highly recommend and will be calling them from now on with all of our plumbing needs!
An overall great experience. From the receptionist to the technicians they were completely professional. Even the owner got involved because of the unusual position of the old water heater. I highly recommend this company and I certainly will use their services when needed in the future.
I work for a contractor and we have used Wil and his team multiple times. Not only is he wonderful but the girls in the office are spectacular. I am always happy to schedule with the whole team. Excellent customer service and wonderful work.
Very professional, will use again
This is the 3rd time Master’s of Disasters Plumbing has come to the rescue. First, they replaced a leaky bathroom faucet. Second, they repaired our toilet and it worked much better, but the plumber felt like it’s days were numbered. It gave out just as company was visiting for the weekend. Rhiannon got the taller…
Niah and Adam made my wife and myself fell like we choose right from the start. They were very professional and the work was top notch. When the time comes for more plumbing services I've got to look no further now. And that's a hard thing to find. Thanks Guys!
These plumbers went above and beyond to make sure everything was functioning properly! I would highly recommend them!
