Front desk lady with the piercings seemed rude, other than that everyone else was amazing.

I wanted a small personal clinic for my cats needs. Caring people. Always able to get appointment when needed. Prices are average. I wanted nothing to do with those 'corporate' clinics that overcharge. The staff is friendly and helpful. Has been a good experience. Will continue to take my pets to them.

I have been going there and seeing Dr Robinson for almost 7 years now. We relocated from Chicago, tried many vets out here none good, until I found Mauer Animal Clinic. I have 3 goldens and a cat so I needed a good vet and found the best
They are so helpful & kind to the animals.
Customer service is good, doctors are caring and efficient, but the prices are exorbitant. People who love their animals have no choice but shell up the fees. Lord help if they have numerous pets. Also, if I do the courtesy of showing up on time, the least the vets could do is to keep from making you wait in the room endlessly.
Always friendly and are fantastic with my dog and are always affordable.
Dr. Randall took care of my golden retriever, Gave medication for her problems. Plus checked her overall health.
