Staff seems very knowledgeable, punctual, professional, and thorough. We’re hoping this is a good start to a long working relationship!
I would gladly recommend Maven Pest Control. They are all pleasant to work with. They do their best to accommodate any requests or problems you might have without any hesitation. And it works. I don't think I have seen a spider all summer. Highly recommend them.
Very excellent technician, very professional and thorough in both his client communication and service. Look forward to continuing business with Maven.
Joshua was very patient with me and answered my many questions and showed me what he was doing around the house and the shed. He was extremely helpful since this was your company’s first service!
Gregory was friendly and respectful. He treated my property and informed me of any concerns, of which there weren’t any. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Gregory was very intelligent man and told us what type the ants we had and explain how everything worked .
He was completely efficient. He did a great job. Very kind man.. Thank you so much Mario!!
Reggie at Maven Pest Control is the kind of guy you wish every service provider would be. Clear communication, no surprises, and actually does what he says he’s going to do… imagine that. He texted me his ETA well in advance (a rare superpower these days), showed up on time, handled business like a pro, and then…
The pest tech did a wonderful and very thorough job spreading the pellet and removing cobwebs. I am a happy customer with this Mavin family!
Gregory was amazing! Service was awesome, quick and efficient!
Prompt, expert service
Great service, Great price for everything included, and Great technician! Josh was especially great with customer service (was not rushed, patiently listened, and was extremely informative, thorough in the whole inspection and clearing cobwebs, and with the product application). Most of all, he was extremely professional.👍
Joshua was great! He explained the process to me and answered my questions.
First time using them. So I don’t have results. Technician was great…although I wasn’t impressed they didn’t bring boot covers and walked on my new built homes carpet with their boots on.
I appreciate the honesty and detail explanation of the services. On the day of scheduled appointment, the technician explained the details and did the promised service efficiently.
Very professional. Would highly recommend them!
Josh was very professional and helpful. This was our first service with Maven, and so far, we are very pleased with the tech and the service provided.
Their tech John was very friendly, polite and thorough. Explained the process well and understandable. I recommend Maven pest control for your pest control needs
Very friendly and didn't mind communicating. Explained everything he was doing and made sure we understood what we were getting.
Great Guys. Started seeing dead bugs the very next day.
