Excellent and fast speedy service
This is usually my go to spot. The wait time is always much longer than they say it will be but I just Uber home and wait so it’s fine. The front desk attendants are usually nice but this time I got the rude one. I feel like he tried to overcharge me for brakes and rotors, luckily I took it to a different mechanic.…
Brought my car in for inspection, but needed rear brakes. Isaiah was super nice and easy to communicate with. Everything felt transparent, fair, and trustworthy. They were very flexible with my schedule, and got the work done pretty fast.
First time at this shop and service was efficient. I was in and out. Thanks to Isaiah and his techs
Excellent service!
I got a new tire and told them I needed new brakes because they|were loud & weren't working right. I sent my roommate bc I was working. They told them they were fine & sent them home. I was back the next day bc they weren't fine. They were wise and extremely loud by than. I was pissed. If you aren't able to go home…
Less then 40 minutes before they closing, they got it done fast, replaced one tire and checked all my tires and brakes.
Great service done in a timely manner.
I showed up on a busy day before a holiday weekend. Mavis was able to squeeze in my state inspection while handling a high volume of other walk-ins. They walked me through what repairs would be needed and kept the shop open late to complete the repairs.
Always quality work done at this location!
I took my car in for wheel change and alignment - Brian and Hassan assisted me; they were very patient in explaining each diagnosis along the way and did a phenomenal job with my car!
Every time I've been to their establishment, nothing but great customer service and great work completed
Entire crew I had the pleasure of speaking with were very easy going, friendly and pleasant. With each customer interaction I witness, they were always professional and extremely friendly even when the customers were being rude themselves. I appreciated their service and calm demeanor while I was there for my visit. I’d come back.
Family atmosphere and I can appreciate the professionalism. Kev def is a diamond in the rough. BROUGHT MY BABY BACK TO LIFE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Have brought my eFleet vehicle here several times. They are always courteous and quicker than other big name shops. Kevin was very helpful and professional, I’ll be back!

I was visiting PA from NY when my breaks started making noise. I called Mavis and got Connye who sounded professional. When I got to the store and Hasonwere I the front. Was checked in and they were so informative and caring. I was long over due for breaks and had jesus on my back guiding my way. I needed brakes,…

Amazing service very knowledgeable on everything I needed
Excellent customer services and very quick turn around. Highly recommend. Fairly priced too.
I am genuinely always amazed when I come to Mavis. The service is consistently top tier. Today I was helped by Connye and she was a ray of sunshine even on a cold, rainy Sunday. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick in getting me taken care of. I personally always struggle to get my tires replaced it seems at other…
Kevin and Conny made sure I was taken care of through and through here! They are the best and I will be back, convenient as well!
They kinda high in their prices they try to sell parts that high.
Friendly and fast service. They are very thorough and the prices are competitive.
Connie clearly cares about her customers and was so nice to my 2 year old. None of the employees tried to pull a fast one on me - all very honest about what to do with the issues I was having with the car. Will definitely return for future tire-related issues
Shout out Connye & the team! They were great & gave great service
Great and friendly service. Very professional and explain and show you everything. Definitely would recommend.
Kevin and Lavelle was very helpful and very professional in providing our vehicle service
The service was perfect - same day work and thorough notes on things to be aware for the future. Conney was extremely helpful getting me taking care of and communicating!
Always super helpful and top notch service, from the front desk to the service technicians. When something goes wrong with my car, I go directly here, because I know I'll be treated fairly, and not get taken advantage of in a bad situation.
Came in at 8:30 this morning and Connie was so welcoming. Super informative about the state inspection. Kevin is a great dude. He always ensure my safety with my vehicle.
I deleted my initial review because i was to hasty in writing it. So i wanted to give an update: The issue with the squeaking was resolved without additional funds or an extended amount of time taken to do so. I am a man of my word and i will take accountability on reacting to hastily in my initial review. Mavis…
This was one of the best services I’ve had in years. Conney was an absolute sweetheart and very informative. This was my first car & she was able to answer and help me with every question I had. I will most definitely be back.
Love coming to this Mavis! Connye made sure that I had a great experience from start to finish, and really eased the unpleasantness of going to the mechanic!
