Ms. K was AMAZING!! I came in to have a nail removed from my tire. She was quick to help and got me in and out with a smile. I will definitely come back for any future needs.

Staff were absolutely phenomenal. Had a low tire light, they checked it no charge & I was out in 20 min. That may seem like a lot, but they were packed. Definitely buying my next tires there.

Came too have a tire replaced , technician kicked my hubcap left a 8 " long incision on passenger side back tire ! Tire costed me $ 115.00 The hubcap was inexpensive but it was in good condition before that . Very disappointed should have went to Walmart. Mavis never again .

Sales rep are great But tire experts need to make sure when they return keys to customers that they will return Key lock to tires at the same time Luckily they remembered that I was just here on Saturday and gave me a key to my lug although I don’t think it’s the right one but it does fit

I went in this morning to get my flat tire fixed and they met me outside as I was parking checking it out. Mrs. Kay gave me outstanding service as well as the technician who serviced my car!! I'll definitely be returning!!

I went into Mavis Tire in Lovejoy, Georgia to get two tires, brakes and a wheel alignment. Rod the technician at the counter was so professional but was very helpful to me in deciding what tires would be best. Rod was very knowledgeable and most helpful. I was so pleased with his customer service skills. Kudos to Rod!!!

MS Kay is a great manager!. She is always very polite and super knowledgeable about the products that she represents! She was very supportive and understanding of my issue and budget and accommodated me by offering the products and services that I needed and could afford. That is why I will continue to be a patron and support Mavis!

I went to the Griffin location when I found a nail in my tire and it was extremely flat. I was turned away because they were “too booked up” with no one in the building and almost 3 hrs before closing. So, I drove to Lovejoy and Kay was amazing! She got me in and out quickly and home safely. I so appreciate the Lovejoy team!

Ron is the guy working the front desk. Made my day this morning shocked me because he acknowledged me coming straight through the door! I had some things in my mind and made me light up in that moment I appreciate him for that. He was able to provide great prompt service and I will be back’

I call at 9:04am an got the price for a set of tires ($438) .An when I got there they jack the price too $489. This is unbelievable ,when I went too pay.The was once again JACK UP too $515.89 by the manager. I will never do business with Mavis Tires again. An wouldn't advise no one else too go. That terrible way to do business. Sad
