I went into Mavis Tire in Lovejoy, Georgia to get two tires, brakes and a wheel alignment. Rod the technician at the counter was so professional but was very helpful to me in deciding what tires would be best. Rod was very knowledgeable and most helpful. I was so pleased with his customer service skills. Kudos to Rod!!!

Not sure what kind of service other customers are getting, but my experience was horrible. I came in for a wheel alignment. When I returned to pick up my car, I simply asked, “Does everything look good now?” The response was, “I don’t know. We did what you asked us to do.” I was surprised by that answer. Mike took care of me at Mavis. He was thorough and got everything I needed to feel safe in my car. I had a split in my rim and he helped me find someone to come and fix it so I could drive out with my new tires on the same day! Great customer service!!

MS Kay is a great manager!. She is always very polite and super knowledgeable about the products that she represents! She was very supportive and understanding of my issue and budget and accommodated me by offering the products and services that I needed and could afford. The waiting area is spacious, clean, and every receptionist is personable. I made an appointment for an alignment, was able to call to confirm it without having to talk to an answering machine, and all of the employees were very transparent with the price!
