Max Electric

Lucas has been coming here for a long time and doing a very professional and productive job over the years!

Highly recommend!!! Our experience with Max Electric was great! They navigated and carried us through a complex rewiring of our building (knob & tube) where we had to move out for 6 weeks. They managed the project between each of the units and their owners (us being one), and with the City. Their pricing was very… Read full review

Max Electric crew was very professional and did an excellent job. Lucas and his team ( Camilo, Pedro and Noah) were great and the EV charger installation including the wiring/ conduit was very thorough and clean. Lucas also handled the city inspection and got that done the very next day. Thank you!

They did a great job from scheduling to fixing our issue. I would go with them again.

Excellent

We got a complete upgrade from knob and tube wiring, along with many additional outlets, overhead lighting, new sub panel, etc. It was a big job, with permits and inspections needed at many stages. Max Electric took care of everything, promptly and professionally, with friendly crews who cleaned up everything. We… Read full review

Excellent. Quick, professional and wonderful work.

Lucas was very helpful and was able to fix both issues I had. Definitely recommend Max's Electric!

Max Electric provided great service for our office. The installer arrived on time and worked with impressive attention to detail. We needed electrical wiring and outlet installation running from the panel to a new location for a dryer, and it was done right and fully up to code. What stood out most was the… Read full review

it was one of the best experience working with a conctractor ever

Max Electric did an amazing job on our home! We needed knob and tube rewiring, permitting (we are in Alameda, CA), and several light installations done on a tight timeline. They stuck to our aggressive schedule without sacrificing quality and were incredibly communicative the whole way through. A huge shoutout to… Read full review

They gave estimate to my mom that was way over others, we did the work for 250$ and we got a bid over 2,000$. Will use others.

The max team did some exterior rewiring in our 1920s condo building. They were incredibly professional, efficient and commanded a depth of expertise in their craft. While they weren’t the most cost effective compared with other reputable electricians, I’d work with them again.

Max Electric did an excellent job on a major residential project for us. This involved replacing knob and tube wiring, relocating switches and outlets, adding new outlets and remote switches, adding motion detector switches and fixtures, adding new indoor and outdoor light fixtures, adding more circuits and a new… Read full review

I’m a general contractor and we’ve been working with Max Electric for a while. They handle everything for us — small repairs, troubleshooting, full house rewiring, panel upgrades, EV charger installs, lighting, etc. Guys show up on time, do clean and solid work, and stay on schedule. Easy to communicate with, no… Read full review

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got the job done on time.

Rigoberto is a rockstar!

I was on a mission to find the best Electricians to work on my San Bruno house Knob & Tube Rewire and 100 to 200amp service upgrade. I had 4 companies walk the job and give their thoughts. I ended up choosing Max Electric because: 1. They listened carefully and were really focused on what I was trying to get done.… Read full review

The estimate was prompt and extremely competitive. The work was scheduled quickly. Lucas showed up right on time, did all the work quickly, and was really pleasant to work with. I didn’t catch the name of his assistant, who was also excellent. All in all, I was impressed and really happy with the results. Would not hesitate to call again.

The electrician was fantastic. He fixed all of the issues and was very easy to work with.

Max Electric is very professional. Our Project manager Raushan is professional, on top of the schedule, and very open in conversation on status and things to consider. The team he manages is very capable. If you are not sure, have a conversation with Max, who can walkthrough the entire process and answer most questions. Highly recommend Max Electric.

I found Max Electric online so I know positive reviews have an impact. I was renovating a home to put on the market, that turned put to be an eight-month project due to my decision to do a full-on renovation maybe two months in. Max’s job was to upgrade the home electrical systems to current compliance from 1950’s… Read full review

Rico and Mariano came to install two pendant lights in my ceiling. We talked through two options and settled on a ceiling cover with existing light box in place instead of more holes in the ceiling and beams and someone patching the ceiling. They were on time, efficient, helped get them level and adjusted to the… Read full review

The electrician, Lucas Polanco, who came out was professional, very friendly, and did very solid work. We’re happy with the quality of the job overall. However, in my personal opinion for this review, we ended up paying more than we should have for the service, which was disappointing based on the initial quote.… Read full review

Max and his team oversaw the enormous rewiring of our home! Professionally, quickly, and in sync with other contractors, with excellent attention to detail. Thank you.

Quick, easy to discuss, was able to quickly assess & explain. As of writing, waiting of quote for work we agreed to.

Lucas efficiently fixed errors made by previous contractors for a reasonable price. Would use again.

Max Electric is efficient and does good work. We call them for large and small jobs.

Max Electric helped me meet new insurance standards and upgrade my 5-unit apartment building by: 1. replacing all knob & tube wire, 2. replacing Federal-Pacific breakers with 6 new panels, 3. wiring independent laundry rooms for each unit with separate electric water heaters, 4. raising incoming power from 100 to… Read full review

Quick clean work installing 50amp circuit and electrical run to the kitchen for induction cooktop. Very pleased.

As always, great work was done!

I will never use another Electrician. Andrii is fantastic: super keen eye to detail, cares about visual aesthetics, and is super friendly!

Excellent work running a conduit some 150 ft to install an EV charger in our driveway. Max Electric is our go-to electrician.

Max responded quickly, and flexible on schedule. They were punctual, efficient, and courteous. They even had spare materials required even though there were some surprises on our job. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I highly recommend Max.

Max Electris professional, reliable, made excellent decisions on electrical work in my 100 year old San Francisco condo. I definitely count on these folks and will not hesitate recommending them to my friends.

Max and his team fitted our tricky and urgent job into his busy schedule at short notice by working through the evening. They were extremely professional and Max explained the task, challenges and his recommended approach to solve it clearly and thoroughly. It gave us a lot of confidence in his abilities. Great service overall 10 out of 10!

Maksim helped us get our kitchen ready for an induction stove. He showed up on time, did the work quick and clean. Also helped us with a dimmer switch install. We enjoyed working with him and also was very easy to ask questions and problem solve for other future projects. We look forward to working with Max again!

Max Electric is professional, friendly, on-time, and very easy to work with. I have had 2-3 jobs done by the team already and I am very happy with the work. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are safe and also will teach you what they are doing and why. I will always go back to Max Electric for electrical jobs. Thanks!

Very professional response to my seeking help with an electrical problem. Electrician came on time, fixed the problem, charged me the agreed upon amount.
