I was very pleased with the price for a new roof. Very impressed with everything going according to schedule which is very important to me. I have other projects that I need help with. Maximus will always be my first contact for home contractor needs. Looking at pictures of my old roof and my new roof make me smile.…

Maximus was referred to us from a neighbor. The entire job was discussed before hand and very detailed. We did end up needing to have our house redecked. Eric showed us a video of the reason and what the solution would be. Overall we are very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend them.

Eric and his crew did an excellent job, from start to finish. He was great with communicating during all phases of construction and even with rain concerns he was able to finish the project when promised. I highly recommend Maximus General Contracting, LLC.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called Eric at Maximus Roofing after receiving a referral from a friend, and I'm very glad I did. Eric showed up on time, quickly provided a highly competitive estimate, and helped us select the perfect shingle color for our home. He was able to schedule the project within a week, and the entire roof was…

Bought a house and the roof started leaking 2 weeks later. Received estimates from 4 roofing companies. Maximus by far had the best price and timeline. Also no ridiculous hour long pitches and scare tactics, just straightforward information. Got an estimate from them Tuesday and they put the new roof on that…

Maximus did a great job on my mother-in-laws home. The roof is beautiful! Eric the owner was on the job site everyday. He answered all her calls and explained exactly what they would do during the construction process. They used a Presidential GAF shingle which is thicker and requires more time to install…

I was recommended to Maximus by my insurance company, American Family. I knew there were a lot of roofing chasers, as I like to call them, and didn’t want to get hire somebody who wasn’t looking out for my best interests as homeowner. I called American Family and they gave me Eric’s name. They said he was local,…

The supply chain delays of 2020 into 2021 (due to pandemic) made the roofing job drag out a bit, but the Owner of Maximus, Eric, kept us informed all along the way, and did what he could to move things along. The crew that installed the new roof did it in one long day, in very hot summer weather -- good people.…

Maximus did a wonderful job on the roof. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up very well after words. All of the insurance work was handled by them. It was a very good job over all
