The technician we have worked with, Jacob, has been great to work with. He communicates arrival times, provided trapping tips and is always timely in the removal of the animals.
We had rodents in our attic. Kaleb Carson was our guy. He was meticulous and accommodating. I could not recommend Kaleb more highly. He did a fantastic job.

We had raccoons get into our attic and set up house. Super messy, destructive and noisy. They came out immediately when we called. Kaleb our technician fit us in after a long day of work so we could get started before the weekend. He kept us updated even when we couldn't be at home by checking the house, calls and…
Kaleb was my tech. He introduced himself professionally and gave a detailed info of what he’s going to do, communicates very politely over the phone or in person, prompt, and so knowledgeable of what he does. He provided an outstanding service. Thank you Kaleb! Greatly appreciate you working for McCall.
After a few weeks of hearing some sort of very loud animal scratching in my walls and having raccoons coming and terrorizing my backyard, I decided to call McCall for help. McCalls did a great job taking care of our wildlife problem. Jacob was our technician and he was very professional, thorough, and friendly.
Our condo complex is adjacent to a nature sanctuary, and squirrels were trying to take up residence in the attics. We had no problem after McCall’s initial device but Shawn made 3 follow up checks to be absolutely sure all was good. He was polite, focused, professional.
Trapped a large Florida banded water snake from my back yard.
Arrived on time and performed task with minimal visible concrete. Cayden , James, and Shaun were professional and respectful of my home appearance.
The technician/trapper was very personable and knowledgeable. Customer service was good. I recommend them to others.
