We had bad service experience. We hired them to catch and release wild life. They were paid upfront, guaranteed at least 7 day trapping. They did 4 days, then left without catching anything. The sales person promised to bring the trap back. They never came back. Now not answering phone calls. They just took our money and didn’t get the job done

We have a shed and found animal droppings inside. called McMall's Critter division and they came out and did an inspection of the shed and found out there are rats in our shed. My first impression with the service was very good- professionalism- explanation of service . My technician was great - Sean was always courteous- great at sharing information and accommodating !
They came out and set traps for the armadillo and caught one the first night. The next morning I called them and they came out set another trap and then took the armadillo and relocated it. I still have three more days to see if they capture more. Update: one more armadillo was caught and relocated. The service was great I highly recommend them.
