Ashley was very through in her report and attention to detail around our home.
Ashley was amazing, explained what she was doing and where she put the powder products! 10/10 recommend!
There need to be a sign in yard after each application. This has not been done. Other wise good job.
Friendly, professional service.
Very good service!
Morgan from McCall Pest Control is always very professional and courteous when he does our quarterly home inspections! He is very thorough and answers any questions we may have in terms that make sense to the non-entomology brain. When we had a concern about ants, McCall was very quick to get a time for an…
AWESOME EXPERIENCE! MICHAEL WAS EARLY FOR THE APPOINTMENT, VERY THOROUGH, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!! ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE PROFESSIONALS I HAVE CAME ACROSS IN A LONG TIME. THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE WAS REFRESHING. DEFINITELY A GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE!
This company listened to our concerns and developed an affordable plan to keep us protected!
After a few weeks of hearing some sort of very loud animal scratching in my walls and having raccoons coming and terrorizing my backyard, I decided to call McCall for help. I ended up having raccoons, an armadillo and rodents… thankfully all of the animals were identified, humanely removed and the entire house was…
Customer service is fantastic! Service was easy to set up.
Customer service is great

I raked it up twice and I told Adam and he said this month he put down nitrogen so why can’t they use a little bit during those 3 months. My neighbors on either side don’t do a thing and there grass is so green. Hey with my income being…
Extremely Responsive and very attentive. I really appreciate how fast they perform service when I call. Would definitely recommend
excellent
Great company to use for pest control. They’ve always respond quickly and BBC are very helpful with info concerning all kinds of pests.
We had an awful experience with McCall. As new customers, we had two initial lawn appointments scheduled that were canceled three different times and rescheduled, only to have the rescheduled appointments canceled as well. Very disappointing and not recommended.
VERY bad response time. POOR quality of customer service on phone. DISAPPOINTING phone etiquette. NO professionalism by young lady on phone when the focus should have been to resolve my issue. Her attitude caused me to have an attitude. I called last Friday starting at 2:00PM until 4:30PM and the phone just rang. I…
