Our technician was Ladarius. He called when 10 minutes away and upon "On Time" arrival, introduced himself presenteing his credentials for inspection. We briefly discussed our concerns, showed him where the Ants were a problem and he began work. During the visit, Ladarius provided useful info, gave us helpful hints…
