I called McCarthy Pest & Termite Control for a mouse problem at my daughter's house. Jenny answered the phone call and was just the nicest person. Lance did an outstanding job at our home. Arrives on time. Communicated planned services very well. Respected home with foot coverings without being asked. While we are new customers based on today we will be long time ones.
(update: 8/1/25) Lance was very professional and thorough with our summer pest treatment. Lance was our service "guy" previously. Very happy we're back with him, and all of the McCarthy service people who have provided service. Thank you. We have been with McCarthy for many years, and see no reason to look elsewhere…

Told me that I needed to replace the board and the pest would be gone. No other treatment needed. I loved his honesty! I did have…
