Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and did the job thoroughly. What I was impressed with is Scott took the time to inspect the areas to be treated before treating to deterermine what the best course of action was. I will definately use and recommend him in the future.

We have had the best experience with McCarthy. From fumigating our whole home to our bimonthly treatments. And our tech Shawn is a great and so friendly. We trust him and what he is doing, that says a lot because we have had some companies prior that are not trustworthy or honest but I have found McCarthy to be top…

Have used McCarthy pest for a lot of years now. Once switched companies and regretted it within the first six months. You can’t beat them for service! Chris does my interior treatments and is always very friendly and professional.

Super friendly-very thorough & worked us in when we thought there was a mouse issue. Jeff & Sean take great care of us. We have them come quarterly & any other time we call. This is what Customer Service should look like!

Darrell serviced my apartment a couple days ago, and he was personable, professional, courteous, and thorough. Very pleased with the results and will be recommending you to anybody with a problem.

(update: 8/1/25) Lance was very professional and thorough with our summer pest treatment. Lance was our service "guy" previously. Very happy we're back with him, and all of the McCarthy service people who have provided service. Thank you. We have been with McCarthy for many years, and see no reason to look elsewhere…

Outstanding company, incredible team. A couple of weeks ago Technician James served our household and went above and beyond with their service. He explained all he was doing and walked me through each step (I'm a bit of a nerd and he was delighted to share info with me). Last year, Brian helped; same outcome.…

Love Darrell - always so prompt and professional!!

I had some sawdust gathered around my front door and immediately thought it was Carpenter ants or termites. I called and scheduled someone to come out and look at the issue. Our technician Neil is always very responsive, timely, and happy to answer any questions/concerns. Great service!

Recently moved and this is my first time using a pest control company. Brian showed up right on schedule and walked me through the process and what options were available. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me into services I did not ask for. Great to see an individual and a company truly care about the…

We had Bob out for a consult and Brian out to treat and both men were professional, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and thorough. It’s nice to have confidence in the services that you pay for. They were quick to fit us on the schedule with both the consult and services. Bob took his time explaining what was…
