Is McCarthy Pest & Termite Control any good?

Want to give a 5 star review to Landon. Did an awesome job on mole control at Crown Pointe in St Peters

I called McCarthy Pest & Termite Control for a mouse problem at my daughter's house. Jenny answered the phone call and was just the nicest person. Jenny listened to what I had to say and had a lot of great ideas. You could tell she genuinely cared about my daughter's situation. Jenny is the perfect ambassador…

It might seem a little strange to leave a phenomenal review of a pest control company, but the staff and service is so good I felt compelled. Their company reminds me of a time many years ago, when people answered the phone, took the time to get to know your needs, responded with care and compassion and delivered…

Super friendly-very thorough & worked us in when we thought there was a mouse issue. Jeff & Sean take great care of us. We have them come quarterly & any other time we call. This is what Customer Service should look like!

(update: 8/1/25) Lance was very professional and thorough with our summer pest treatment. Lance was our service "guy" previously. Very happy we're back with him, and all of the McCarthy service people who have provided service. Thank you. We have been with McCarthy for many years, and see no reason to look elsewhere…

We discovered evidence of mice upon moving into a new-to-us house. When I called McCarthy after finding them on Yelp, they were able to schedule service faster than the other highly rated service providers in 63128. James Watkins came promptly to assess our mouse issues and came up with an effective plan to fix the…

Our technician Neil is always very responsive, timely, and happy to answer any questions/concerns. Great service!

Lance is very professional, pays attention to detail and treats our home as if it was his. He goes above and beyond to meet all my extra requests. We have quarterly services for pest, rodents and mosquitoes. We back up to woods and have a swimming pool and never a bite. Highly recommend

We continue to use McCarthy for pest control and are very happy with the results. Our technician Neal is very professional and extremely thorough in treating our home for the past couple of years. I haven't found another pest control service that can beat McCarthy's prices and services. One of the best we have ever…

I've used McCarthy for a few years now and have been pleased with their services. Adam has been our frequent technician. He's great. He's very knowledgeable and has given me some good advice on what I can do to keep the critters out. The company overall is very responsive and timely with my ongoing services.

Chris from McCarthy Pest Control . . . they should add a "t" to his name and call him Christ. Chris is all things to all people, and he even volunteered to clear out some nasty spider webs covering the basement window that was UNDER a deck, even though he was just here to bait the rat traps! This guy deserves a…

We have used McCarthy pest control for several years now. Adam the technician we generally get is awesome! Always on time and efficient and thorough. They have been quick to respond anytime we needed them inside or outside the house pest control or rodent control. We are on their quarterly plan and never see signs…

I have been using McCarthy Pest & Termite Control for about 15 years and have been very happy with their service the entire time. I had a lot of ants and other insects in my home when I moved in, and I called McCarthy to come take care of it. I have them treat my home quarterly and have seen virtually no bugs ever…

Have been using McCarthy, with Wake now, for years and we love them. They do their regular visits but anytime we have issues they come out quickly and take care of the issue. We have a field behind our house so mice can be an issue and they always help to find and deal with entry points.

Customer Service is great. Technicians have always been on time and professional. Neil was the last tech here and he did a great job.

Jeff was awesome! I had called two other companies before McCarthy and wish they were my first call. Will use and again and highly recommend

Woody and Brian do a great job for us. Always very professional. They explain the process of the treatments in detail and always have pleasant interactions with our residents.

We had Jeff from McCarthy come out to do an inspection of our villa for a possible mice problem. He was extremely thorough and professional. Offered us several options to prevent the escalation of the mouse problem as well as plans for ant, insect and spider extermination without high sales pressure We found him…

Bob was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when he came to determine the extent of the rodent problem at my mom’s house. He took his time, was extremely personable and did not try to sell anything extra. When James came to install the outdoor traps, he took his time to determine the best locations for the boxes,…

Signed up with McCarthy because of a brown recluse spider problem and mice. Our technician Chris was professional, and extremely thorough. He answered all our questions and put our fears to rest. We have had 3 treatments so far, and are very happy with the results.

Adam has always been very professional and on time! Definitely recommend using McCarthy!

Have been with them for 25 years. James W the tech was through on how mice get in house. He showed where holes are. I he plugged them. Then suggested I get foam to plug holes

We only have positive things to say about McCarthy Pest Control. Adam Z is our go to man! He is always on time, polite, and even funny! He goes above and beyond every time he is at our house. Adam is very professional, but also feels like a friend to us. We always request him to service our home. Overall, McCarthy…

I couldn’t have asked for better service today from McCarthy Pest! Lance was thorough, extremely knowledgeable and arrived on time so there was no waiting around. If you are looking for a company to handle pests, McCarthy is second to none.

We've been using McCarrthy for nearly two years. Our tech, Adam is super knowledgeable and friendly. He is always right on time and always addresses any concerns. I appreciate the reminder calls from the office reminding me to schedule service and the call the day prior to remind us of the upcoming service.

Inspector, technicians, and office staff are amazing professionals to work with. Techs are always on time, efficient, and informative. Service is effective and I very highly recommend this company!!!!!

McCarthy is the best! Lance was terrific today as walked the property. I called about rodents and ended finding out that we also have a problem with Brown Recluse spiders! Lance was terrific explaining the situation and offering solutions. We have used McCarthy for many years and they are fair, professional, and…

Neil Has been Great to work with always very professional and on top things.Thank You!

Always reliable. Neil keeps me updated on any situation that may come up. Also very flexible.

We've had McCarthy Pest and Termite Control come to our house twice now and to say we are impressed would be an understatement. They are incredibly professional, incredibly friendly, quick, honest and reliable. We've had zero bug problems since our first service and always look forward to our next because of how…

I've been using McCarthy Pest for a couple/3 years now. They are consistently fair priced, professional, call the day ahead to confirm appt, techs always show up on-time, prepared for anything I've ever requested last minute like the carpenter bees drilling into the eaves, always ask about issues from previous…
