He was very professional and knowledgeable, and also very thorough during the inspection and took time to educate me to ensure I understood everything to make an informed decision. 10/10 recommend Jeff at…

McCarthy was able to send out an inspector the next day after I called. I was worried about a couple of termites I had found in my yard and basement windowsills as the house I purchased a few months ago had previous remediated termite damage. As it turns out, those bugs I found were ants, not termites. Jeff…

We have been using McCarthy Pest Control for 25+ years. That in itself is a high recommendation for the care that you are given. Our technician, Adam, was prompt and thorough. We have used McCarthy for several years. We started working with them because we found a few brown recluse spiders in our house. When McCarthy first started treating our property, it was pretty typically to find 10 - 15 brown recluses in the glue traps every other month. After a couple years we almost never see them…

I've used McCarthy for a few years now and have been pleased with their services. Adam has been our frequent technician. He's great. He's very knowledgeable and has given me some good advice on what I can do to keep the critters out. The company overall is very responsive and timely with my ongoing services.

Have been using McCarthy, with Wake now, for years and we love them. They do their regular visits but anytime we have issues they come out quickly and take care of the issue. We have a field behind our house so mice can be an issue and they always help to find and deal with entry points.

While I was growing up my parents always had McCarthy Pest Control spray around the house to keep bugs from getting in. When I eventually got a house of my own it was then an easy decision to have McCarthy take care of all pest control needs for my own home too. After 7 or 8 years of personally being their customer…

We have been using McCarthy for several years now. I cannot say enough good things about them. Super professional and customer service is amazing. Adam has been our designated tech for several years. He is great and I always look forward to seeing him!!

I have used them for several years after switching from another company that wanted to treat for my basement spiders for a special over $1400 treatment. I got another quote from McCarthy who said it was part of their regular service and that the spiders were harmless cellar spiders. I had also had an ant issue…

James was amazing! He was on time, and friendly (dog lover!), professional, informative, and thorough. It was nice to chat with him after the inspection about family and dogs; he wasn't just in and out. You can really tell he cares about his customers and has a huge passion for his job. Last year, I wanted something to stop the centipedes we were getting and signed up for their quarterly treatments. There used to be dozens regularly, and now I find a dead one about every 6 months. I also inquired about Termite Inspections and they did that for free. They even took the time to show me where the old…

McCarthy has been great to us! Chris C. was our tech today and he was so kind and informative. He made sure I didn’t have any questions and let me know every step of his process. We had a 3-5 window and he was here right after 3! Professional and friendly.

Have had great success with McCarthy’s since switching a few months ago from Hawx Pest control. The team is always super professional, informative and cost is right for the value.
