We have had the best experience with McCarthy. From fumigating our whole home to our bimonthly treatments. And our tech Shawn is a great and so friendly. We trust him and what he is doing, that says a lot because we have had some companies prior that are not trustworthy or honest but I have found McCarthy to be top notch!
Have used McCarthy pest for a lot of years now. Once switched companies and regretted it within the first six months. You can’t beat them for service! Chris does my interior treatments and is always very friendly and professional.
Super friendly-very thorough & worked us in when we thought there was a mouse issue. Jeff & Sean take great care of us. We have them come quarterly & any other time we call. This is what Customer Service should look like!
Darrell serviced my apartment a couple days ago, and he was personable, professional, courteous, and thorough. Very pleased with the results and will be recommending you to anybody with a problem.
(update: 8/1/25) Lance was very professional and thorough with our summer pest treatment. Lance was our service "guy" previously. Outstanding company, incredible team. A couple of weeks ago Technician James served our household and went above and beyond with their service. Recently moved and this is my first time using a pest control company. Brian showed up right on schedule and walked me through the process and what options were available.
