I’ve been a customer of McCarthy pest control for years, and I’ve always had the best experience. While I’ve always had a great rapport with the technicians, I would particularly like to spotlight Debbie. We have had the best experience with McCarthy. From fumigating our whole home to our bimonthly treatments. And our tech Shawn is a great and so friendly. We trust him and what he is doing, that says a lot because we have had some companies prior that are not trustworthy or honest but I have found McCarthy to be top notch!
Darrell serviced my apartment a couple days ago, and he was personable, professional, courteous, and thorough. Very pleased with the results and will be recommending you to anybody with a problem.
(update: 8/1/25) Lance was very professional and thorough with our summer pest treatment. Lance was our service "guy" previously. Very happy we're back with him, and all of the McCarthy service people who have provided service. Thank you. We have been with McCarthy for many years, and see no reason to look elsewhere…

We have used McCarthy Pest Control for many years with Denny and they still have the same polite, very professional workers like Neil and the office staff. We very much recommend this trusting company.
We appreciate the professional and friendly service that Adam provides as he cares for our home. Thanks Adam!
We have used McCarthy for several years. We started working with them because we found a few brown recluse spiders in our house. When McCarthy first started treating our property, it was pretty typically to find 10 - 15 brown recluses in the glue traps every other month. After a couple years we almost never see them…
We continue to use McCarthy for pest control and are very happy with the results. Our technician Neal is very professional and extremely thorough in treating our home for the past couple of years. I haven't found another pest control service that can beat McCarthy's prices and services. One of the best we have ever…
Woody has been punctual, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and just all around incredible for us for the last several years. Could not be any more enthusiastic about recommending Woody and McCarthy Pest control for your needs.

I've used McCarthy for a few years now and have been pleased with their services. Adam has been our frequent technician. He's great. He's very knowledgeable and has given me some good advice on what I can do to keep the critters out. The company overall is very responsive and timely with my ongoing services.
Chris from McCarthy Pest Control . . . they should add a "t" to his name and call him Christ. Chris is all things to all people, and he even volunteered to clear out some nasty spider webs covering the basement window that was UNDER a deck, even though he was just here to bait the rat traps! This guy deserves a…
Our service technician was Lance and we always ask for him. He is thoughtful, courteous, and explains what he is doing and finding in our home. We have used McCarthy Pest control for the past 30 years that we have lived in our home. I so appreciate their prompt and thorough services. A five-star company for sure.
We have used McCarthy pest control for several years now. Adam the technician we generally get is awesome! Always on time and efficient and thorough. We've used McCarthy for about 20 years now. Never had a problem with the work they did. Occasionally I've called them to come back for a specific problem. They are always prompt, courteous and professional.
I called McCarthy to help me out with my brown recluse problem. They were able to make it out very soon after my call in November and we then set an appointnent for them to treat my spider invasion. I have used them for several years after switching from another company that wanted to treat for my basement spiders for a special over $1400 treatment. I got another quote from McCarthy who said it was part of their regular service and that the spiders were harmless cellar spiders. I had also had an ant issue…

We had Jeff from McCarthy come out to do an inspection of our villa for a possible mice problem. He was extremely thorough and professional. Offered us several options to prevent the escalation of the mouse problem as well as plans for ant, insect and spider extermination without high sales pressure We found him to be extremely knowledgeable.
We’ve had McCarthy Pest for a few years now. Always very professional and prompt. When we first called them, we had an ant problem. They didn’t stop until they figured out where the ants were coming from, which was an inconspicuous spot under the carpet in our basement. Lance has been coming to our house for most of…

We just finished our initial services and Chris C. was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made sure we knew exactly was going on and went above and beyond with his services.
Just finished my tenth recluse-fighting summer with McCarthy. First summer we disposed of about 100 of them; since then most summers have only yielded about 6, way too few to be a problem. My tech Adam is a Licensed Applicator, and is also a Trainer for McCarthy. Very personable guy. Superb office staff too. Great…
Adam Zinselmeier is very professional and takes time to listen and ask if any concerns you may have.
We've been using McCarrthy for nearly two years. Our tech, Adam is super knowledgeable and friendly. He is always right on time and always addresses any concerns. I appreciate the reminder calls from the office reminding me to schedule service and the call the day prior to remind us of the upcoming service.
I have been using McCarthy for the last year and they have been nothing but incredible to work with. Each technician has been great - professional, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. The office staff is also extremely friendly and helpful when we speak to schedule appointments. When I moved into my house a year…
We have had an issue with ants in our kitchen off and on for the past year. Jeff came out to look for ants and didn’t see any outside the home so he started looking inside our home. Found them in a crack underneath our carpet in the basement and treated them - really hard to find! We are so pleased with the service…
I have used this service for over 20 years. They are always very professional and friendly. They respect my white carpet and where foot covering or take off their shoes. They always ask if I have any concerns and if I see any bugs after a treatment they tell me to call and they always come back and re-treat. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
McCarthy is great! Lance was professional, friendly and very informative!

We have been using McCarthy since we moved into our home in U City in 2018. The home office staff is quick and helpful whether it’s scheduling, discussing services or taking payment. The techs (we work with Neal) are sensitive to our little ones schedule and work around it when needed. All around good folks.
I would highly recommend McCarthy Pest & Termite. The office staff is always pleasant and professional. Woody was professional and I was at ease with his presence in my home. I have utilized their Sentricon termite services for years as well. Excellent customer service!

I wish I could give McCarthy WAY more than five stars! We had a brown recluse problem at our house and didn’t know what to do...we consulted with several local guys who all said that they could provide solutions to manage the spiders, but told us that the recluses would be impossible to fully get rid of. Tim was the…

I've been using McCarthy Pest for a couple/3 years now.
